I cocked my gun and looked into the large mirror hanging from my office mirror. I pulled back on the trigger twice, shattering it into a million pieces.
"These mother fuckers seem to think they can just come in and take shit over." I set the gun down, and put my hands behind my back. I faced everyone in the room, face hard and cold. Everything in me wanted nothing more that to take out every last one of these boys.
"We need to hit them back, and hard. We made a mistake the first times, underestimating them. It won't happen again." Ringo said, looking me dead in my eyes. I nodded, he was right. I let my guard down, and now some one who had nothing to do with this had been taken from me.
"What are we going to do?" Ofelia said. She was one of my top shooters, and I planned to keep her close these next couple days.
I stood there for a moment. I honestly wasn't sure. We had nothing on them but a name.
I looked down at my gun, them back up at them. Ringo's face seemed to be concentrating hard on something. "What is it ringo?" He looked up at me. "I have an idea, but I don't think we need it yet. It's one of those 'just in case things'." "I don't need just in case. I need right now." He held his hands up.
A few silent seconds later, Heveson came running into the room with a face of complete horror. "Guadalupe!" He yelled, running through everyone in attempt to get to me. "What? I'm in the middle of something." "I know, and I'm sorry, but this is bad. Really bad." "Well fuck is it?" I looked around, nervous. "The SBC has taken down 60% of our territory. Guadalupe it's only been a about 24 hours since they've made an appearance, and they're already taking down so much. They're getting close." Ringo stood from his seat, then grabbed Heveson by his collar. "How do you know this is true?" "When we counted up our profits for the end of the week, we only brought in 280,000$. Only 50 of our guys came in." Ringo let him go, then snatched the clipboard he had I his hands. His face dropped, letting me know what Heveson was saying must've been true. "Lupe, that's 75 soldiers down in the last 24 hours. How is that even possible? We should've been notified way earlier with such a large drop in such a short amount of time." I stood there, silently thinking for a moment. "It doesn't make sense." Ofelia said, standing to meet me. "We need to make a move, and now if we want to get Jaylin back, and figure out where these dudes came from, and how there doing what they're doing so fast. If they continue on this pace, they'll have our entire empire in less than 48 hours." I looked at my gun, then back at them. "If they've got more than half, then they've already taken it. Call a meeting in the west warehouse. We've got an empire to infiltrate.
