We arrived to a hospital after an hour, blood still streaming from the ooze of my sister's chest. The lady told her that she was going to get checked immediately and that I should be waiting in the waiting room because I am a little kid and it would be horrifying to them doing surgery. Like I never seen anything worse.... Soon SpongeBob came out on the TV and as it was half way through, I decided to go outside and get something to eat. I spotted an IHOP restaurant just a few streets away from here but I was starving. I ran over there and begged for some pancakes and sure enough I got them. Probably because of my cuteness. As I came back to the hospital, I saw police cars surrounding the perimeter. MY SISTER!!! I ran inside, the doors wide open. There were gunshots on the walls. MY SISTER!!! Heavy steps were heading over. I pulled a chair over and got on top, trying to reach over the vent. I carefully and quietly climbed up and crawled. "MAYA! MAYA! MAYA!" I whispered shouted as I kept crawling. Nope, not there. Not here either... where could she- "AHHHH!!!" I fell down, tumbling on someone. "OWW! Watch it- GISELLE!" Maya stood up and hugged me tight. Maya's alive. Yes! Her eyes sparkled and her skin felt warm. It was as if God was there, regaining her health. She looked young, younger than myself. A knot began to form in my throat, my eyes getting wet with joy, and yes. I did think my sister was dead. But she is still alive. And that's something I totally I can't believe. She's alive! But the moment was soon ruined after hearing a few, loud stomps from down the hall.
