I stepped aside when it came to Mia being the victim of the Kavanagh's. Chestnut the best in to assure we get justice for Mia. Douglas Johnson might be a young attorney but he has made sure the guilty go away for the maximum time. He got bail up to a million each. Gould fought the good fight, but he was no match for Douglas Johnson. I went to assure it went well.

I can't believe who they chose to bring in to handle the bail hearing. Apparently he is handling the prosecution as well. Eamon actually fired me and asked for a new attorney and bail hearing. I told him good luck and handed him the paperwork and asked the court clerk to send me the transcripts where I was terminated as their attorney. She agreed to send it immediately and I walked out of the courtroom and went back to my office breathing a lot easier. I had my assistant gather up all of the Kavanagh's files and get them ready to hand over to their new attorney. Peg Masters hates the Kavanagh's.

I am whistling while I get everything on the Kavanagh's and we are their third attorney in the last five years. Since she who shall remain nameless started getting away with assaulting people. We handled certain things but they made the deals we just created the documents keeping their victims quiet for a monetary settlement. We are going to celebrate tonight oh baby. I am whistling a happy song. Three boxes later the boxes are sealed and ready to be picked up by the courier to be delivered to their new attorney.

I should have waited to fire him until after we were bailed out. Now we have to get a bails bond person to come to the jail and arrange to assess property so we can get out of here.

Eamon and I were able to get our bail, but we couldn't get Kate bailed out yet. She wanted us to put up Kavanagh Media up and we wouldn't do that. Our properties were put up for ours and we couldn't chance her attacking someone else and our bond being revoked. She has already cost us the original bail money. We tell her she has to stay in jail for the time being.

I can't believe them leaving me to rot in jail. They are transferring me to women's prison close to the jail. My prison garb is given to me they strip search me yet again. The jail guards applauded as I was taken away by the prison guards. They told me bib baby girl was mild compared to the women in prison. They said to keep my head down and don't start any fights you can't win. Photographers were waiting to get photos of me in my shackles. I am so mad at my parents for not bailing me out. They lost my original bail money because I was arrested again. The court revokes the bond and bail money is kept. It doesn't take long before I am faced with women who want to hurt me. I don't say a word and keep to myself. That failed to work, I was tripped three times before I got to my cell. There I found out I had to deal with another issue. I am cursing my parents yet again.

We got a new attorney and his retainer was astronomical but he was the least expensive. We couldn't get Kate's bail lowered at all. Jeremy Hall is one of the top in his field. He had all our files brought over from Gould's office. It was already packed up and by date. So he hit the ground running with the help of Gould.

Kate has called us several times about bailing her out. We have talked about it and we have to tell her we can't do it. We lost the first bail money. We are also waiting for other victims to come forward. The civil actions against us alone are going to kill us. Because she is working at Kavanagh Media.

Wow when Carrick gave me the lay of the land I thought because the victim was his daughter he embellished the situation. He didn't he tried to tone it down. A trio of family members and attempted murder because it all started because the daughter of said family attacked victim because she told her that her brother refused to date her friends. Then the parents attacked her further. They placed her inside her trunk and left her on an isolated road after they made it look like a rape. She got lucky when the Sawyer family found and called the ambulance. They replaced Gould with a slimy snake Jeremy Hall. He wears a top hat that he seems to be able to pull a rabbit out of it at the last moment.
Jeremy Hall
I am paid the big bucks because I can work magic. I have read the cases against the Kavanagh's and I might be able to frazzle the witnesses and the victims. Well maybe not Miss Steele, she wants blood and she's going to get it with Carrick Grey working on her behalf. Add to it she has two billionaires fighting for her and over her. She is still recovering from surgery and we can't question her yet. I can't wait to get her in the stand. I am going make every effort to make it out that her memory of events is shaky at best since they had to resuscitate her several times. Plus she had a previous head injury that she had to have a craniotomy and was still recovering from it when she fell against the door. Let's see how that goes over.

I spoke to Miss Steele and warned her about what mr Hall and she just laughed and told me not to worry about it. I warned her that he was going to make her out to have brain damage and her memory if events might not be the best.

I told Carrick that my mind is sharp as a tack and I could work with slimy snakes slithering the grass. I am forewarned and forearmed. I have a lot of witnesses. Plus I know about others Kate has injured and they paid them off, but the agreement they signed wasn't worth the paper it was typed on. I give him a list of previous victims. There was more reasons for me to go to that party than to give her a gift. The gift not only has a tracker it had a bug as well.
