Well we aren't going to be able to get near Miss Steele now. We just have to get the best attorney to see if we can do damage control now. Those three men won't allow us near her again and I am sure there are restraining orders being filed against our whole family soon.

Kate can't go to jail she just can't. Can we get her psychiatric help and use that to say she was mentally unstable? Could she use that as a defense?

I will check into it since there are several situations we have gotten her out of by paying them off. But this young woman was nearly killed by Kate. We still don't know the reason she attacked the girl. If I don't believe Kate's explanation a judge and jury aren't. We still don't know why she was even there to see miss Steele. Have you ever known her to talk about Miss Steele except in derogatory terms? I sure haven't. She was hopping mad that Miss Steele was her classes valedictorian. Then she gets the editor position at SIP. She was lucky she didn't get that job one of the editors was a rapist and he attacked Miss Steele and then pressed charges against her after she charged him with sexual assault. He is in jail now. I heard other things but I am sure we can pay her off and get her to leave the state given she has nothing going for her now.

The bail hearing was attended by Carrick Grey on behalf of his unconscious client. This can't be good. It was bail of 250k and her passport had to be turned over because she was a flight risk. Kate looked half asleep. She is in a prison outfit, we gave her an outfit to wear. The attorney said she declined to wear last years designs. So they gave her what she has on now.

I watch as my client is brought in in the proverbial prison attire and her wrists and ankles are shackled. The guard informed me that she tried to escape during her showering the urine off and putting the prison garb on. So he we are and this information was given to the arraignment judge. Judge Rogers. He looked up at miss Kavanagh and asked her if the young woman was recently released from the hospital?

She was released earlier that day your honor. Why?

Mr Grey I am so sorry but another judge has to hear this bail request. I need to recuse myself on professional grounds. I apologize I hadn't seen who the principles involved in the case. A new judge has to be brought in so it will remain an unbiased judgement for bail. I can't guarantee I would be unbiased. Mr Gould get with the court clerk and hopefully another judge can fir miss Kavanagh in today. Dismissed take her back to holding until the hearing is reset. Sorry to all involved. Okay next in line. Whew I am glad I caught that. I shake my head as I realize that I need to make sure I don't get the trial against Kate Kavanagh concerning Miss Steele. I go through the court docket and make sure it doesn't happen again. If I fill up my docket then they won't be able to saddle me with cases involving Miss Steele.

He has a conflict of interest and he didn't want to biased against your daughter. We don't want that either. You need to get through to your daughter because she hit a guard.

We had hoped to get her out in time to see a psychiatrist this afternoon. Is that going to be possible now?

I can try, but no guarantees. I go talk to the court clerk and he gives me ten minutes and I tell the guards to bring Miss Kavanagh to the court next door. Apparently someone failed to show. So they finally set bail at 150k and her passport has to held until further notice. Two hours later the bail is paid and Carrick Grey has left for his office right after the bail was set, I think he was the one who got the bail hearing set again so quickly. Just as we were trying to leave the Kavanagh's we're all served with restraining orders and I was given Ethan's restraining order as well as his legal representative and representative of the whole family.

I get to court to get the restraining orders signed. Judge Rogers had another judge sign them for me. It took all of fifteen minutes and they were served before they left the courthouse with Kate in tow, wearing a designer dress and shoes. The newspaper caught it all. I call Christian and tell him they got their restraining orders, all but Ethan was present and Gould told he will give Ethan his, but he told him by phone after he got back to his office.

I have a new patient and not sure I can be her doctor yet. I will need to see if I do. Miss Kavanagh comes in my office like she owns the place. I watch where she sits and what she is wearing. She chooses my sofa and lays down on it. I ask her why she is here and she tells me to be quiet because she needs her sleep after being bullied in the jail cell this morning. I tell her I treat patients here and I don't want someone here that isn't working on their issues and she can leave if she is going to sleep the two hour session away.

I guess I have no choice then, because my parents are paying for it and if you stop billing them, they will know I stopped coming to you. Apparently I have a temper and I attacked a young woman in her own apartment because she was being visited by the two most eligible billionaires in Seattle. I can't get them to look my way, but she gets trapped under trees in her junk yellow mini van and they are all about taking care of her. I found out where she lived and confronted her after she was released after being in the hospital for three weeks. She told me to ask them why they were visiting her. I demanded she stop seeing or talking to either of them. She was invited to my birthday party by my mother. I was mad about it. Well I was glad she failed to show but she was rescued by one of the billionaires and the trees that fell on her were owned by the other billionaire. She threw me out and I refused to leave so she dialed 911 and I knocked the phone from her hand and it fell. Our yelling attracted someone's attention and she tried to get to the door I slapped her and scratched her face and I slammed her head against the door and my hand was full of her hair and her bandage on her head was bleeding. The door opened and it was Christian Grey and his bodyguard who had been knocking in her door and had heard quite a bit and so did her nosy neighbor. The worst of all was the 911 operator was recording everything from her telling me to leave to me attacking her physically. So I was arrested and spent overnight in jail, when a pint size look a like for Anastasia proceeded to tell me to shut the caterwauling up so she could get some sleep. I charged at her and she punch me in my solar plexus three times and told to shut up and sit in the corner until she gave me permission to move. Finally I got bailed out and our whole family was served with restraining orders and we can't go near Miss Steele, mr Firestone, mr Grey and all their families our businesses. My parents think you can help me to get a reduced sentence or no sentence at all.

If that is why you are here then you are out of luck. I will not testify for a new patient. If you had been getting treatment for a while for your anger, I might think about it, but if you are not here to work on your anger then you are wasting my time and yours. It is your choice to continue knowing I won't be testifying for you. We could work on your anger though so you don't end up arrested and facing jail time now. So tell me the truth about this, is this the first time you attacked anyone?

Their attorney handled it. They visited Anastasia's room but she was in a coma and on a ventilator. Firestone, Grey and the security demanded they leave her room and never come back again. Guards are at her door and my parents said they were there overnight as well. They have spies. We can't find out much about her background at all. I was hoping to find some dirt in her.
