The bigger they are the harder they fall. Kavanagh Media are spouting not guilty. Well that is for the courts to decide. We have found out that assault and battery charges were pressed against Eamon, Enid and Kate Kavanagh they were arrested prior to food arriving at their table. Ethan Kavanagh was not arrested. Videos are being posted all over the internet. Kate Kavanagh has had her bail revoked and will be spending time behind bars. Rumors have it there were death threats made against this second victim of not only Kate Kavanagh but her mother and fathers as well.

I am waiting for Gould to arrive and he has sent a message that unfortunately Judge Rogers was on duty and they have to wait for another judge yet again. So I might be in here overnight. I just lean against the wall. It is a good thing they took all my valuables before I was put in here.

It would be my pleasure after her trying to hurt big baby girl. I chuckle when I heard that big took her down a peg or two. Jones told me that big had her cowering in the corner afraid to move an inch. We put them in separate cells because we can't have them ganging up on the other prisoners. They were arrested for assaulting someone, them and her father and the husband of the other one. Supposedly attacked a female and left her for dead on an isolated road. I read the statements. Got to know who we are dealing with.

I hate being pulled in during dinner time to represent the Kavanagh family. They are a huge problem for me. I finally get to the police station and of course the judge is judge Rogers again and he has to give it to another judge. I guess he draws the short straw a lot. I don't know, but I try to get another judge. I think we are getting the run around. I read the charges and I can't believe my eyes. I am not sure what is going on here but this definitely isn't going to be easy to get bail on. I have to talk to them and find out what I can. But if this is true they have burnt a bridge so badly I might have to suggest another attorney for them. All three of them. I wonder if Ethan has any idea what these three are capable of. Maybe he does and has just decided not to be around them at all.

Gould had me brought up first and he told me that he ,got not be able to get bail on me concerning the new charges.

I ask her if it is true that this all happened on her birthday?

I don't know what you are talking about. My birthday party was nice. Luckily a few that I didn't want there never showed up.

There have been charges alleging that you, your mother and father assaulted a young woman and took her out to an isolated and left her to die in the middle of the road. Statements were made by the family that found her and called 911. They are willing to testify in court as well. Her car was found three miles from where she was left. The police still have it in evidence. The car has GPS tracking and it was parked at your home until later the next morning. They have the time it left your party and arrived at the isolated road. The time it got to each location that night. Cctv footage has photos of the perpetrators. There were three of them. Two women and one man. What struck us all strange was even though she looked like a rape victim she wasn't raped. Do you see where I am going with this?

Well how would I know about any of this?

Okay then, so you aren't guilty again right?

What's that supposed to mean?
Gould
Well since you are innocent and you can prove it right?

I have to figure out who was there besides mom and dad. I tell him mom and dad were there, but I don't know who else was there.
Gould
Okay well I need to talk to your parents now. I call out for the guard and she asks me when she can go home. I can't get things done until a different judge arrives to arraign you and your parents. I hope to get you all on the docket the same time. But I don't know yet. Time to go back to your cell.

The charges are bogus that person can't be believed. We never hurt anyone. You can check our background we have never been found guilty if any crimes. Get this taken care of Gould or I will make you never practice law again understand me?
Gould
I have no power over the jury and the judge.

Make the charges go away and I mean today understood?
Gould
You can't bully this family and they want blood now. We both know you have crossed a line that turned into a brick wall that can't be crossed. Are you terminating my services to you and your family? I can gladly step aside so you can get a new attorney. Don't ever threaten getting my license taken away again. Are we clear on this?

Did you fall on your head or did you forget you have restraining orders against you if you go near the Grey family?

I demanded to be released and now. Who has the audacity to press charges against us anyway?
