Ch 1

(Shade's Pov)

Making my way around backstage of the music show Kingdom I look around for a specific person when the little four year old boy holding onto my hand stumbles after me. He suddenly stops and looks up at me whining a little. "Daddy I'm tired of walking." My expression softens and I gently pick him up placing him on my hip. "Why don't you help me find uncle Chan?" His eyes light up and he looks around frantically before pointing off to the side. "There!" I smile telling him good job before heading for Chan only to pause for a second when I catch a brief scent my eyes flashing blue my inner wolf coming out only to snap out of it and continue back over to Chan. Once we reach his vicinity I call out his name cheerfully he turning and looks at us wide eyed before smiling and jogging over. My son Lawson immediately reaches for him happily. "Uncle Chan!" I chuckle softly handing over the four year old to the alpha he immediately cuddling the small boy and ruffles his hair. "Hey there pup! What are you guys doing here?" I shrug smiling. "We heard about you being on the show and thought we'd fly out and support you." He gives me a wary look but I plead with my eyes to not question me right now. He puts on a smile and tickles Lawson a little the boy squirming and giggling. "I missed you uncle Chan." His expression softens and he tells my son he missed him too. Chan and I have known each other since we started high school and he's been there for me for everything from my presenting as an omega to getting pregnant with Lawson he helping me take care of him since the alpha who got me pregnant was abusive and manipulated me. Suddenly catching the brief scent of pine again I fight to keep my inner omega in check instead reaching out for my son after hearing them call for Chan's group to get ready to perform. "We'll be waiting for you right here. Good luck." He smiles and gives me a quick hug then rushes off. Watching Chan and his group perform I'm immediately impressed and without thinking place Lawson down when he starts to squirm not noticing him start to run off.

(Taeyang's Pov)

Standing around with my group we're chatting about our next performance when a little boy starts to walk towards us looking lost. Frowning I get the guys attention and Youngbin leads us over to the small boy who looks at us wide eyed. Suddenly his lip starts to tremble and next thing we know he's crying. Youngbin looks startled and gently picks the little boy up trying to calm him down but he just starts squirming. Soon Youngbin passes him off to Rowoon but the boy continues crying and squirming until lastly Chani desperately passes him over to me. I gently cradle the little boy and rock him in my arms while humming a soft tune and release some of my alpha pheromones he immediately calming down to just a few sniffles. Once I make sure he's fully calm I ask gently. "Where's your parents little one?" He sniffles and pouts. "I don't know. I went to explore and got losted from my daddy." I frown a little before asking softly. "What's your name?" He looks a little shy. "Lawson. Park Lawson." I nod and look around for anyone that seems to have lost a child but come up blank until I hear someone calling out the child's name. He perks up a little and bounces in my arms. "Uncle Chan!" I follow the voice and come across Chan from Stray Kids who immediately rushes over when he sees the boy in my arms. "Oh thank goodness. Lawson your daddy's worried sick." The boy immediately pouts and whines. "I sorry uncle Chan. I wanted to explore." His expression softens a little saying reassuringly "it's alright just next time ask." Just as I'm handing the boy over to Chan the scent of omega hits my nose along with the scent of peppermint my inner wolf immediately pleased with the scent. Soon the scent gets stronger and I see a small guy a little younger than me rushing over. "Did you find him Chan?" He nods reassuring the omega. "Yeah he's right here. Taeyang and the others found him." He looks over at us warily I barely hearing Youngbin speaking up. "Actually Taeyang took care of him. He cried with the rest of us." Suddenly the omegas eyes are on me and I immediately feel an intense feeling hit me. He gives me an appreciative smile "thanks for taking care of my son." I give a little smile back. "Your welcome...." I cut my sentence off not knowing his name. "Oh sorry. I'm Shade." I smile and nod. "Nice to meet you." Suddenly we're called to the stage and I look a little disappointed. "Well I gotta go but it was nice meeting you." I then turn to the little pup. "And stay out of trouble little man." He gives me a cute smile and I rush off to the stage.
