Chapter 6: Goose leashed and Catwomans Invite

____Peter____Parkers_____POV_____

"Listen up Goose, you need to behave. Don't scratch anyone, don't bite anyone, and don't try to run away. I would like this to go as smoothly as possible."

"Meow"

"No, you are not allowed out of my sight. If you are not in my lap then I am holding you, actually. Let me ask aunt may if she could go get a cat leash for you."

"Meow"

"This is what happens when you are unpredictable ok. Maybe if you behaved like a good cat then you wouldn't need a cat leash."

"Hey aunt May!" I yelled from the guest room.

"Yes?"

"Can we get a cat leash for Goose?"

"Uhm, I'm not sure that we could get that right now."

"May,  you could just use one of Krypto's old puppy collar and leash!"

" Thank you, but I'm not sure that would fit goose."

"Well, you never know if you don't try. Let me go and find his old stuff in some of his bins."

I walked outside the room, but not before I shut the door quickly while looking back to make sure that goose would not run out.

"Hey May."

"Hey peter." She started to whisper, "Did you hear our conversation?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"Just try to remember to only talk about a conversation you were here for. I know you slipped up a bit last morning and I don't want them accusing anything about you."

"Ok, I'm trying my best."

"Larb you."

"Larb you."

"I found them," Miss Kent said as she rushed towards us.

"Found what?" I sent a small look towards Aunt May.

"Oh, I found Krypto's old collar and leash for goose." She said as she was handing me the items in her hand.

"Thank you so much, now Goose can join us during lunch. I'll go fit it on him right now. After that, do you need any help with cleaning Mrs. Kent?"

"Oh goodness no. Thank you, you are such a good young man."

I blushed and headed back upstairs. I'm a bit nervous that it won't fit because Goose is a pretty skinny cat, but Luckly it fits. Just a bit loose than I would like but it will do.

____Jon's_____POV_____

Ok, which apartment does Ms. Kyle live in again. And what's that weird smell. Man, how does Damian live in Gotham. If I didn't know better, I would think that Damian is a clean freak. How can I not think that, but it can't be true if he patrols Gotham. Because this place is a mess and not just because criminals are running it, but by how much trash there is.

"Now what is this little super kitty doing here?"

I spun around, "Catwoman." I practically screamed in excitement. I am very happy that I didn't have to knock on random people's doors till I found her. 

She raised her eyebrow, "Looking for me?"

I nodded my head, "Yeah, your superpower is cat's, right?"

"No."

I blinked in surprise, "It's not?"

"No, you do know that not all super villains have superpowers, right? Just like how not all superhero's have superpowers."

"Oh, well. You are good with cats, right?"

"I consider myself such."

"So could you help me with Goose."

"What? What does a Goose have to do with cats. They are nothing alike, and " She started to look around, "Where is your dad or your Robin friend?"

"Oh, it's a surprise for Damia-I mean Robin and my dad is doing farm work. Also Goose is not an actual goose. He is a cat named goose."

"A cat named Goose? That is a strange name for a cat. But sure, would you need help hiding the Goose till you gift it to Robin or what?"

"I don't need help with that, the cat already has an owner. He already has an owner and my cousin is babysitting him."

She raised her eyebrows, "You have a cousin?"

"Yeah, like a long-lost cousin. He is super cool, but Robin doesn't really like him and keeps on claiming that he is a villain, but he isn't I swear."

"Don't take anything that Robin says to heart, he is mean to everyone except you. And if that cat already has an owner, then what does this cat have to do with Robin and You?"

"Well, my family is having a picnic lunch and I was thinking of using the cat as a way to keep Robin nice."

"So, what do you want me to do."

"Well sense you are Batman's girlfriend, you could just come over with the Bat family and if the cat runs off then you could easily find it. Please." I begged.

She smirked, "Of course I would love to go."

She is most likely coming up with a scheme, but I highly doubt that she would do anything too bad. After all, there is going to be a lot of civilians there.
