" Ariana get your ass up or I'm leaving with you with mom!" I could hear Theo yelling from the other side of the door. I wanted to say fuck you but instead, I said "Alright I'm getting up but you better help me around Hogwarts" I yelled back. " As if" making me scuff

I didn't want to get up but I also know that if I didn't he would come in and kill me if I don't get up. I slowly got up and walk to the bathroom half-awake. It's too early. I brushed my teeth and did my hair trying to stay awake. I put on light make-up and went back to my room to change. I slipped on ripped jeans with a hoodie. Before I left my room, I quickly grabbed the bag that I made last night, a skateboard, and air force 1 shoe. Yes, I know simple and basic but it's comfortable. 

When I got downstairs I saw Theo waiting for me. " Took you a while" he teased. " Shut up, and have you seen my butterfly neckless?" I asked him trying not to stress out. He gave me that neckless to me for my 14th birthday even though our mom told forced him to, I still care about it.  

" How am I supposed to know, you lose everything," he said as he left the room making me groan out of frustration. As I was about to go upstairs to look for it he asks me 

"Hey Ari, have you seen my jacket" My head turned so fast I think I might move something. "Are you being for real right now?"  "What?"  "Just a few seconds ago you said that I lose everything"  " Yeah, that's because you do," He said sounding a bit confused. Is this bitch for real right now? We started arguing for a while back and forth until my dad came in wondering what we still doing here. 

"HEY!" if I'm being honest, sometimes I'm scared of our dad but that made me jump so high that I could see Theo trying not to laugh.  " Can you two go one day without fighting" sounded annoyed with us.  " But it was her fault" and I said, " It was his fault" at the same time and he just groaned and said "get. in. the. car. NOW" as he left the house. I watch as he left and right when he slammed the door shut. I stuck up my middle finger at Theo as I picked up my bag. With a response I got him sticking out his tongue making me chuckle a little. As I opened the door and was about to leave Theo grabbed my wrist and whispered in my ear " Just be careful with the people there, I just don't want to see you hurt" he said. I turned to face him and smiled smiling. " Then just close your eyes then," I said and started to run fast knowing that he would run after me. 

When We got to platform 9 3/4 my dad stopped me and I slowly came while Theodore kept walking without me.  Tipalcle Theo. "Yes?" I said sounding a bit confused and worried. " I don't think you want to leave without this," he said smiling.  He found my butterfly neckless. I hugged him thank him and left past the brick wall all happy. I got to the other side, but Theo had already left, making me find my way around. 

I got on the train watching parents saying their goodbyes. I found an empty compartment and lay down my skateboard under the set and took out a good book to read. I remember that it was a gift from my mom before she got sick. I don't know if they had to let us have different schools but my dad had to convince my mom to have different schools. As I was reading I heard a faint knock at the door. I hate being interrupted while reading, especially during an interesting part of the book. A girl walked in with brownish, black-ish hair. 

"Sorry, but can I and my friends sit here? Everywhere else is full?" she said hoping I would say yes. I didn't want to sound rude and said yes. There were a lot of people. How many people are you friends with? 

She sat across from me with 2 more guys. One girl had beautiful curly hair and one guy who looks oddly familiar. They sat next to me. One with a black suit and blond hair, and the other guy had brown hair with eyes almost black across from me.

"Sorry, but I couldn't help but are you new here?" the girl with curly hair asked

"huh, oh, yeah, yeah I'm new" I could hear some of the guys chuckle a bit.  "We didn't catch your name." the guy with blond hair said.  " Ariana Nott and you guys are?" I ask them.  One guy looked like he was going to say something but lost it. "Draco, Draco Malfoy, and this right next to me is Blaise" I shack their hands while the girls said their names. " Is it fine if we call you Ari for short?" Blaise asked. "Of course" 

"I'm Trisha, and this right here is Noah"  "Pansy"  "Wait, are you Theodore's sister," Noah asked as he finally got what he needed to say out.  "yeah, why?" I asked curiously.  "He won't stop talking about you. Saying how excited you are to join Hogwarts" Theo talking about me? No, never. Wait, could it be true? No. We started to talk to get to know each other a bit better until the door opened and two more boys came in. For crying out loud, how many boys are going to be in one compartment?  They sat right across from me and they both were hot. One guy had light brown fluffy hair, and the other had dark brown curly hair. They said hi to Pansy, Noah, Blaise, Draco, and Trisha.

 I guess they didn't notice I was there because they didn't say anything. I felt eyes on me while I was reading when I look up I saw the boy with curly hair looking at me making the other guy look at me. "Was anyone going to tell me who is this beauty here?" the boy with fluffy hair asked making me blush a little and looking down. Pansy rolled her eyes and Trisha said, " Sorry, that's Lorenzo but we call him Enzo, and that over there is Mattheo Riddle." she said whispering in my ear so I can hear her.  I'm sorry what? Did she just say, Riddle? I knew he had two sons but I didn't know that it was Him.

 I zoned out and I didn't notice that I was zoning out on Mattheo. Oh great now his staring back. Way to go Ari. Pansy broke the eye contact by saying " Oh and I forgot to say that this is Ariana Nott, but we can call her Ari," said sounding a bit nervous with the tension. I wayed with three fingers and Mattheo rolled his eyes and Enzo wayed back. I wasn't surprised with Mattheo, but everyone else seem nice.

 I started to read when Trisha nudged my shoulder. "What" I whispered but when I turned I saw Mattheo in front of Draco. "Move" he demanded. "Thank you, I didn't want to miss this" I  whispered to Trisha. "Anytime"  "No, I'm sorry but I was here before you," Draco said then look at me with a "what do I do" face. I just shrugged my shoulders.  Eventually, Draco surrendered and went to sit next to Enzo, while Mattheo was right across from me.

 I looked at Trisha and she looked a bit shocked because Noah fell asleep on her shoulder. cute, okay anyways back to my book. I was about to flip to chapter 26 when I felt a pair of eyes on me and knew it was Mattheo but continued to read. 

H O G W A R T S 

When the train stopped I looked out the window and it was beautiful. Mattheo was the first to leave and didn't say anything.  I told them to leave and I'll catch up with them. But Trisha and Enzo stayed and wait for me.  I had trouble getting out my skateboard and Enzo helped me. "Thank you"  "Anytime," he said with a smile on his face. I, Trisha, and Enzo walked out. I got stopped by a teacher so I told them that I'll catch up with them later. "You're alright?" he asked. I nodded and they left. I turned to face the professor but they started to walk so I went with them. 

I got my schedule and it looks pretty decent. I met up with professor Snape and he told me that there were no classes on the first day but to not get into trouble as my brother did. Before I left, he said that I had to go to the great hall to get sorted into a house, but have to wait for someone to call my name first.

I went to wait and there was a bench so I sat and waited for 10 minutes and the doors opened. Oh shit. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. There were a lot of students and professors also. I tried to stay calm and walk to get this over with. 

When I got up the steps and onto the stool, one of the professors placed an old hat on my head. Snape told me about the houses and that my brother Theo is in Slytherin, and that sometimes siblings get different houses because of personality and something else but I can't remember.

"Mmmm another Nott, I see, I see, you take risks sometimes, ambitious, courageous. You are also stubborn like your brother." the hat said. Stubborn? No, I'm not stubborn. Well, my brother says sometimes that I'm a little bit like him, so I guess. 

" I know just where to put you in...."
