Trust

When Robby arrived at Tory's apartment he anxiously waited for her to answer the door so he could tell her that he was going back to Miyagi do. The reason Robby was so nervous was he didn't want Tory to think he would abandon her for Sam just like Miguel did. When Tory answered the door she was so happy to see Robby that she immediately hugged him.

Tory had missed Robby so much when he was in Mexico and since he had been back they had spent every day together and because of this Tory noticed that something was bothering him and after ignoring it for so long she wanted to know what was wrong because if Johnny had done something to hurt him then she would kick his ass. When Tory asked him what was wrong robby knew that he had to tell her now. Tory took Robby to her bedroom so they could have some privacy incase he didn't want to tell her in front of Brandon. Tory sat down on her bed next to Robby and held his hand to let him know that no matter the problem they could get through it because they have each other, after Tory said that robby finally told her that he wouldn't be coming back to cobra Kai because he was joining Miyagi do with his dad and Miguel. Tory was obviously surprised she never expected robby to leave cobra Kai even though she knew he was fixing his relationship with his dad, Robby was surprised that Tory didn't immediately freak out so while she was clam he wanted to reassure her that she wouldn't have to worry about him training at the same dojo as Sam, when Robby mentioned Sam Tory let go of his hand she completely forgot about her and now that she thought about them being so close it worried her, Tory was worried because if Robby and sam were so close then it could possibly rekindle their relationship especially now that sam was angry at Miguel for leaving without telling her.

A few moments after Robby mentioned Sam Tory made an excuse so she could leave the room. While Tory checked on Brandon Robby waited in her to come back and while waiting for her Robby noticed Tory had a picture of the two of them on prom night the picture brought a smile to Robby's face as he remembered that night, it was the best nights of Robby's life because it brought him and Tory closer and made them comfortable to be honest about their feelings for each other. After 10 minutes tory finally returned to her bedroom she saw robby looking at her picture of them, when Robby noticed Tory he asked her to sit next to him, tory listened to him and sat down. Robby looked into Tory's eyes and held her hands in his, he wanted her to know he meant what he was about to say, Robby told that even though he was going back to Miyagi do he wasn't going back to sam and he never will because she makes him happier than Sam ever did because when he's with her he can be himself and he every time he's with her he's happy and there is no way he wants that to stop, as Tory looked into Robby's eyes she could see that he meant what he said and that made her feel great because she had a boyfriend that truly cares about her and won't abandon her the minute his ex girlfriend clicks her fingers. When Robby saw tory smile he was relieved and when tory told him that she didn't mind him joining Miyagi do because she trusted him and she knows they could make it work even if they were in rival dojos. Robby was so happy to hear her say that and to show her how much he cared about her he passionately kissed her.

Robby and Tory spent the rest of the together because they knew when Robby joined Miyagi do things would get harder so they wanted to enjoy the peace while they still had it but no matter how crazy things got between cobra Kai and miyagi do it wouldn't break them because they would risk losing each other over a stupid karate rivalry.
