Kairav after buying ice cream, returns to the car handing over the ice cream to Akshu..... Akshu enjoys the ice cream and thanks Kairav for it.... They reach Goenka Villa after discussing all the details of the functions, While having the dinner....then she leaves for her room.....

It was very late Abhi wasn't able to sleep. He just wanted to look and talk to Akshu he was missing her a lot.....And the other side even Akshu while remembering all the events of the day she was just blushing.....
Aarohi started getting jealous and started shouting without any reason because she couldn't see Akshu happy..... 😡
Aarohi:-Kya Akshu kyu haath laga thi ho mere samano ko.... Tumhe pata hai na mujhe accha nahi lagta.... Akir kyu gussa dilati rehti ho.... Aaj mere bohot tiring day tha .... Please don't start fighting i can't mere pass tumhari jaise free time nahi hai.... Aur wese bhi tum karti kya ho.... Yaha se waha din bar apna tuntuna bajati phir thi rehti hoon ..... Patient ki therapy ke naam se.... Let me suggest you.... Ab tum ek best surgeon se shaadi karne wali ho already uske liye kitna embarrassing hoga..... Agar tum ese hi continue karogi .... I don't think woh tumhe jyada din jhel payega .... Ese ho saktha hai tumhe wapis hakikat mein ana padhe aur saree sapne joh aaj tak uske saath dekhe woh ese hi rejhayenge....
Aarohi at first was angry and shouting...but after saying those hurtful words in the end she was laughing like a crazy person.....

Akshu after hearing all the words of Aarohi starts silently crying and makes herself believe that she was right.... Akshu is no one in front of Abhi if she continues ...... Akshu feared that like Aarohi said Abhi could leave her and she will left all alone ....again .... Like always she will be alone all alone.... She couldn't bear the pain that Aarohi's words and her thoughts were causing.....
Next day.... ☀️
In the early morning, Aarohi leaves for the hospital before leaving making detesting faces looking at Akshu still sleeping...... Abhi reached the hospital and checks his schedule of surgeries, realising it will be a tiring day with long long hours of surgeries.....Abhi before leaving for the for the OT calls Akshu several times but she didn't pick up he. He checked the time and thinks she might be sleeping so he sents a msg..... And starts his day....
It was almost the end of the day. The sun was gone making way to the moon.... He was worn out, he shower, gets changed into comfortable clothes and sits on the couch of the cabin grabbing his phone......All smiling he checks his phone for looking forward what Akshu replied to his msg....But he starts frowning realising that Akshu didn't called and didn't read his msg.... he starts getting anxious because from morning his heart was feeling uneven..... He calls again, msg again, no reply..... He thinks it is more than 24hrs he didn't see her, hear her, feel her....
He took his bike and reached to Goenka Villa.... He rushed without parking his bike to Goenka Villa.... He was tense but before entering his heart was feeling a fear a different type of emotion a scary feeling he was getting..... He stopped himself entering.... He got all the flashbacks from the past the bad ones but he then gets the tilak memories of how BP was happy to accept him and agreed for their rishta...... But still the bad past was overpowering his tilak happiness.... 😳
He then decides to climb the pipe to reach Akshu's room.... So that he can see her directly.... Even if problems or any bad news arised.... at least he will be able to see her first then he will handle all other the problems..... He was about to climb but.... 🧗♂️
Kairav reaches there.... And ask what he is doing why he is not entering from the door..... Kairav just by looking at Abhi who was about to climb starts laughing..... Then he composes himself and ask him the reason for this stunt.....Abhi explained everything what had happened from morning to now and told him what his heart was feeling.....Kairav answered him..... 😔
Kairav:- Woh Abhi.... Akshu.... Akshu ko
Abhi:-Kairav meri jaan nikli jaari hai.... Batao... Akshu.... Kyaaasa.... Thik toh haina woh.... Kuch hua hai kya....AKSHUUUU....
Kairav:- Abhi ab sab sai hai.... woh actually Akshu ko.... Bohot tez fever hogya tha.... Early morning se usko bohot tez fever tha....Hum hai pata chal jab woh Breakfast ke liye nahi ayi.... Akeli us pain mein struggle kari thi....Mein jab check karne gaya sohri thi.... Mein use uthani kosish kari jab pata chalha usko fever hai.... Lekin tum chinta mat karo.... Doctor ne ake usko treatment dediya hai.... Afternoon ne kab hai fever par hai.... Pata nahi fever kaise agya.... Kal toh sab kuch sahi tha.... Doctor ne usko ek week ke liye rest kare ko kaha hai.... Tez fever ki wajase woh bohot weak hogayi....
Abhi:- Kyaaaa.... Meri Akshu.... Itne dard mein thi itni takleef mein thi.... Aur mein waha nahi tha.... Mujhko kyu nahi bataya.... Meri Akshu ke bare mein jaane ka Haq hai mujhe..... Mat bhulo Kairav mein ab..... Akshu ka hone wala PATI hoon.... Iska Ghar ka Jawai.... Aur tumhara Jija.... Tum ese mujhse mera HAQ nahi chin sakthe....
Kairav:- Abhi .... Tum gussa mat ho.... Kya karta Akshu ne... Promise manga tha apni Kasam di thi.... Ki mein tumhe kuch nahi batau.... Woh tumhe pareshan stress nahi karna chathi.... Use laga agae tumhe pata chala toh tum bhi na baat ke pareshan hojayige....
Abhi:- Bina baat ke.... Kairav.... Akshu mera pyaar hai meri jaan hai usko kuch hogya toh mein marjaunga....Uska dard hota hai toh mujhe pain hota hai.... Subse uski awaz nahi suni usko nahi dekha tumhe lagta hai mein pareshan nahi hua honga.... Dar nahi laga hoga..... Mera uspe uski life uske dukh dard khushi sab pe mera and mera HAQ hai....
Abhi after roaring he rushes to Akshu's room.... Who was laying in her bed.... He felt relieved seeing her after so many hours.... He just kept looking at her and slowly, slowly was stepping closer to Akshu. He kept thinking how much pain she has gone through... alone...without him....she wasn't there to support.... he felt he was so irresponsible not Being besides her when she had a high fever..... Kairav came running and shouted Abhi.... Akshu who was laying on the bed and trying to rest and erase from her mind Aarohi's words.... Suddenly she heard Kairav Bhaiya shouting Abhi's name.... She opened her eyes .... Seeing Abhi approaching her she jerkily stands up from bed....And stops Abhi from coming close to her.....😭
