Abhi turned around and was shocked....He saw Dr Sabarwal Patient seated in the same room where his Akshu was present..... Akshu holds his hand.... And signals her to calm down.... And whispers to not get angry..... She will handle.....

Dr Sabarwal Patient:- Akshu.... I mean Akshara....Who is he.....

Abhi gets angry because he called her Akshu..... for him it is Akshara Goenka.... How dare he.... Is he trying to get close to her by using her nickname.... & the moment Abhi understood his intentions.....He lost his cool....

Abhi:- Abhimanyu Birla....

Dr Sabarwal Patient was confused. He didn't understand why he was taking someone's name.... He didn't even ask him the question....

Abhi:- I m not taking someone's name i just telling you her full name.... Akshara Abhimayu Birla.... Got it....

Akshu held his hand tightly and asked him not to get angry. She would handle it.... Aarohi was enjoying the view. She thought now he would surely get angry with Akshu and he would call off the wedding.... 😡

Akshu:- I think you should leave. I told you Dr Sabarwal is back.... He will continue your treatment....

Akshu while answering, came forward leaving Abhi's hand to control the situation..... While Dr. Sabarwal Patient thought to take the chance.... And took quickly few steps to reach out Akshu.... who suddenly held her hand.... and said....

Dr.Sabarwal Patient:- Akshu i want to be the person who is close to you so that i can call you Akshu.... I m not here for the treatment but for you.... Akshu I have really fallen in love with you.... Please Akshu..... I want to hold—-

Abhi was about to smash his face. HOW DARE HE...how can he confess to HIS AKSHU, to HIS TO BE WIFE, to HIS LOVE.....Akshu jerked his hands off and took few steps backwards.....creating distance between them.... and said....

Akshu:-I m sorry I don't know what you are talking about but.... I was just treating a patient....I just fulfilled my duty you took in the wrong way....

You can't call me Akshu because only my loved ones calls me.... I hope you will stop pestering me and stop making me uncomfortable ..... I really have someone really dear to me in my life. I love him more than myself....

He is a doctor, a very beautiful soul who loves me, who takes care of me, protects me and cures me. Yes, yesterday I wasn't at all well. No medicine was working but he and his love cured me. You won't believe i know, but once you fall in love you will be able to understand my words.... I'm sorry.... But tumhare liye bhi Kanhaji ne kisi ko banaya hoga joh sirf tumhare liye hai hi bana ho....

Akshu clearly states her point..... Abhi was feeling proud. SHE just said she has someone she loves.... He was just admiring her who was claiming to belong him....

Dr. Sabarwal Patient:- I know you are lying, you just don't want to accept me.... If you have someone you love.... Then where he is .... He would have been here since you are not well.... And then who is he who calls you Akshu... Touches you.... Who is he....

Abhi, who was damn angry....he was going towards the patient to tell him to shout him to declare HE IS ABHIMANYU BIRLA THE ONE SHE LOVES....

But Akshu stopped him by holding his hand.... He was getting angry and wasn't able to control it.... With the other hand he puched the desk.... Hurting himself....Making his hand bleed.... He wasn't able to control his anger and he didn't want to go against Akshu..... So he hurt his hand....
