Akshu understood that Aarohi was going to reveal that Abhi had come and stayed with her in her room.... And Kairav Bhaiya had a date ..... She was getting worried.... how would the family react. What if BP Mimi BM gets angry at them for this behaviour.... She tried to stop Aarohi but all in vain....

She jerked Akshu and continued, but Kairav came on time and said....

Kairav:- Actually BM Mimi ....Aarohi yeh batana chathi hai ki.... Jab Akshu ki tabiet thik nahi thi tab.... Abhi ghar aya tha.... Mein aapko ek chiz nahi batayi ki.... Akshu ka fever bohot high hogya tha....

Lekin Thank God Abhi ne puri raat Akshu ka dyaan rakha aur jab tak nahi gaya jab tak Akshu ka fever chalagaya.... Bohot pyaar karta hai Abhi Akshu se.... Pata nahi kese intezzar karenge dono....

Kairav said all this laughing and teasing.... making everyone laugh and signalling Akshu for not worrying...everything was under control.... Aarohi couldn't believe Kairav said the truth and Mimi BM instead of getting angry were laughing and teasing Akshu.... Seeing all Happy she left fuming....

Akshu thanks Kairav and leaves for the hospital.... As soon as she reached the hospital.... Everyone greets her good morning....by addressing her as "Ma'am" .... She was getting embarrassed as now everyone started calling her Ma'am....

She gets a message from Abhi....who was asking her to come in his cabin.... But she ignores the message & proceeds to her cabin...

And she gets shocked to see Abhi seated on her chair waiting for her playing with her things kept on the desk....

She was in her thoughts what if everyone would see them together once again.... Abhi saw her standing near the door...and He asked....

Abhi:- Akshu... Tum waha kyu kadhi ho.... Tumhara hi cabin hai....tumhara hi fiance hoon.... Tumhara hi pyaar hoon... Tumhara hi Eji Oji hoon....

Abhi while asking stands up....and goes towards her... She tries to leave before Abhi can ask further....but Abhi's reflexes are fast enough. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her in his arms..... She was in his strong arms caged....

She tried not to look in his eyes and was looking here and there....But Abhi tried to look at her face but she kept moving here and there.... he put his thumb under her chin and firmly made her look in his eyes....

Abhi:- Why are you ignoring me.... Kuch hua hai.... Kya baat hai.... Kya chupari ho... Hmmmmm.... Batao.... Apne Abhi ko nahi bataugi....

Akshu:- Woh Abhi... Woh.... Abhi... mein.... kam... Hai....

Abhi:- Akshuuuu.....

Abhi started getting angry....because he understood she was hiding something from him....and something was bothering her.... He was getting worried.... What if Akshu has decided to again.... He was getting restless.... He was trying to control himself.... To not lose cool....Akshu replied to him hesitantly....

Akshu:- Abhi promise karo tum ghussa nahi karoge....Tum bilkul bhi naraz nahi honge....woh aaj..... Panditji ghar aye the.... Uhone bola ki.... shaadi.... humari....agle saal tak.... koi.... Muhurat.... Nahi... Hai.... Toh...
