"What?"
My so called father wants to meet me. Literally unbelievable. He told me that he never wanted to see my face again and now all of a sudden he's asked Aaron to drop me 'home'.

"I'll drop you off, plus your probably missing them."
My legs starting shaking. I wish, my family was an actual family. I wish, I would miss them and want to spend my time with them. I wish, I would find myself wanting their love, wanting to see their faces but no. I don't find myself missing them. I only find myself hating them. I find myself dreading them.

"Aurelia."
I get too lost in my thoughts to realise that Aaron's right In front of me.
"So when do you want to go."
"I'll go later, don't worry."
He seems like he wants to say something but ends up nodding his head.
"Is that all you needed to tell me."
"No i wanted to tell you something else but I've changed my mind."
"Why."
He ignores me and stands up. He picks up his knife which was on the side and puts it back in his pocket. I follow him towards the elevator and we head back down. When we reach the ground floor Aaron's hand is placed on my waist. Everyone starts muttering but before I can make out what their saying, we reach outside. Aaron takes the car keys from the valet and his warm hand leaves my waist. I head towards the passenger side and sit down. Aaron drive off and we head back home. Aaron gets a call and ends up going to the office. I head towards the kitchen and look for Lyra but she isn't anywhere here. I suddenly have this really bad pit feeling in my stomach. I don't feel good. Aaron's words reply in my head. My father wants to come home. But why ?
He's never wanted anything to do with me and now all of a sudden he wants to see me? All these questions comes to my mind but there's not a single person who could possibly answer them.
I head upstairs to my room and scroll on TikTok.

It's been a hour or so and I'm going to be honest. IM SO FREAKING BORED. There's literally no life all I ever do it sit around. I need some human interaction. Ugh
I head downstairs to Aaron's office. I hesitate before knocking on his door and it was so light that I'm so sure that he didn't hear.
"Come in." His voice sounds annoyed. I slowly open the door and head inside. The office looks dark, I think the lights are off so i really can't make out how it looks. I look to my right and these a screen light probably coming from Aaron's laptop.
"Come here." Aaron's voice sound husky and I don't think twice and head towards the light. I can now see Aaron's face and his hair is all messy , he looks tired.
Aaron looks right into my eyes and I squirm. His look makes me clench my legs together.
"Aaron."
He hums
"I'm bored."
He chuckles and these's a smile on his face for 0.2seconds.
"What??" I cross my arms
"I didn't say anything."
"I want Ice."
Aaron tenses up. "What."
I shut my shoulder.
He mumbles something and takes out his phone.
He calls Ice and tells him to come over right now.
I smile at Aaron and thank him. I then head out his office and wait for Ice. I go into the living room and watch vampire diaries. I don't really understand why people love Katerina. I don't really like her to be honest. Plus I feel like Elena deserves better but sometimes she's just dramatic. Also the last season where Damon and Elena united was dead as fuck. Like you could literally feel the awkwardness.

Aaron

It's been a long day. I've literally done everything for the new shipping which will take place in 1-2 weeks. I need everything to be perfect since it's our second largest shipment. I've double checked everything, the security and the people who will be there. I've does the security job. We'll be having ear pieces and he'll be updating us. I will have to personally be there.

The day I told Aurelia to drop the act, Ice barged into my office. I told him how Aurelia could possibly be the mole but he said that he doesn't believe that at all. Like guy only met her a day or two ago and fully trusts her. That's the issue with Ice he trusts people way too quick. I know for a matter of fact that he hasn't spoken to Aurelia just in case she asks him why I was so mad that day. I even warned him that if she finds out I'm on her, I'll kill him. Not that I
Actually would since Ice has been my day 1. I don't really understand the connection between Ice and Aurelia. I shut my computer and lie down on the sofa. Being in the mafia is so stressful. It's really difficult since we've literally been given no option other than being in the mafia. I'm grateful for my parents, they've always been there for me. My dad trained me for the mafia at a young age. It has been useful. I have a meeting in the warehouse. I head outside and see Aurelia watching this weird show on the tv. There biting necks. What the actual fuck. She's actually bored and this show proves it.
"Aaron where are you going?"
When she says my name it sends tingles through me. I clear my throat and tell her that I'm going to the warehouse. She's about to ask me something but just nods her head. I don't try to ask her what she wanted to say and make my way outside and head towards the warehouse. This is fucking pissing me off. I need to find out if Aurelia is the mole.

Aurelia

I don't realise when but I fall asleep on the sofa. I wake up to pitch darkness and I nearly fall of the sofa.
Suddenly it gets all bright and I'm welcomed with Ice screaming HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY!!!

I'm shocked at first and confused. Wait what my birthday. When?? I run my eyes and see balloons on the floor. Ice is standing in-front of me which a cake. He brings the cake towards me. "Your 59 years old today." I look at him and gasp. "No I'm 19. Stupid."
He laughs and tells me to blow out the candles. Just as I'm about to he stops me and ask me to make a wish. I make a wish and blow out the candle. Ice gives me a big hug and I can feel tears in my eyes.
I remember when it would be my birthday and no one would wish me. I would get no birthday presents, no birthday wishes. It would always be the worst day of my life which I could not escape. I've looked up to see tears flowing down my face. "Hey hey what's wrong?" His voice was filled with concerned. I smiled at him and nod my head. "I'm happy." He hug me tighter. "Here's you present." I open up this beautiful packed gift and it was a sparkly, cute bracelet. I smile and ask Ice to put it on my wrist. "It looks amazing."
"Yes because it's on me."
"No it's because I bought it."
Someone clears their throat and I look over to see that it is Aaron. His hands are behind his back and he looks uncomfortable. Ice excuses himself and Aaron makes him way towards me. He sits down on the table opposite me.
"Happy birthday." I give him a smile and he pulls out a beautiful box. It doesn't have wrapping paper but looks amazing stunning. He opens the box and there's a beautiful strawberry necklace. The strawberry is glittering and is attached to a gold chain. I can't stop myself from smile. "I love it Aaron." There's a slight smile on his face. I take the necklace out the box and try to put it around my neck but fail immensely. Aaron walks behind me and his fingers touch my skin sending sensations through me. His cold rings burning my skin. He manages to put the necklace on me and comes back in front of me.
"Okay love birds if your done let's have some cake."
Ice brings a plate of cake and hands it over to me. It's strawberry flavour and melts in my mouth.
"Thank you."
"What's thank you, Aurelia please ask Aaron if we can have a party."
I think about it and just take another spoon full of the cake. But before I can say anything Aaron gets a call and head towards his office.
"Aurelia you take forever, let's just go somewhere tonight. Aaron will pick you up make sure you're ready." I nod my head and Ice goes after Aaron. I head upstairs a freshen up. I then change into a tracksuit and pick my phone up to see what day it is.
It actually is 7th September. Wow.
I had stopped counting days leading to my birthday at the age of 8 since it wasn't a pleasant day ever for me. I head towards the mirror and look at the necklace. It's look so pretty. I love it.
