3rd Person Pov

"Ok, your turn" Mason said as he sat on a bench in the animal room and Ziggy wandered around.

"Okay...how did you get so good at stealing?" Ziggy asked, the two played a 'game' which basically just consisted of asking each other questions.

"Well...all my other dreams failed so this was the next best thing...and if I got caught my dad would beat the shit out of me so I just...got better" Mason chuckled with a tone of sadness in his voice.

"Guessing your parents weren't the best either?" Ziggy asked.

"Tell me about it, a mother in jail for assault of a police officer and a father who works until late and demands I live up to my brother..." Mason said, although the mention of his brother sent a chill down his spine.

"Brother? nobody mentioned you had a brother?" Ziggy questioned.

"Yeah...uh...he was a few years older than your sister...he was so...fucking close to making it out of Shadyside" Mason said with a tear in his eye.

"What...happened to him?" Ziggy said sitting next to Mason.

"Uh...h-he wanted to be a banker, went to school for it, good grades...one day..." Mason said choking up. "One day my dad...found him in bed...with a guy...he grabbed a beer bottle and...uh...hit him over the head...a shard ended up in his neck...and I couldn't do anything"

The room went silent for a moment, but it felt like years. A single tear dropped from Mason's eye as he wiped it and turned to Ziggy with a sad smile.

"Can you promise me something?" Mason asked.

"Uh...yeah...yeah of course" Ziggy said.

"Apologize to your sister...you don't know how long you have them" Mason asked.

"Yeah...yeah I will, and-" Ziggy was cut off as Mason hugged her tightly, she didn't respond but felt a heat slowly rise to her face.

"Y'know the main reason I act like this...like me is so that no one looks further into my family" Mason admits. "...sorry I'm being weird can we just go back to the normal questions...please"

"Sure" Ziggy smiled "What's your plan when you enter the 'real world'?" Ziggy asked.

"...I don't know...get married, no kids, god no...maybe a nice little house with a dog and my wife" Mason looked to Ziggy. "You?"

"Uh...to be honest I haven't given it much thought...but your plans do sound nice..." Ziggy trailed off.

"Then its settled, we'll get married and do just that" Mason half joked.

"Really?" Ziggy said sarcastically.

"I mean think about it, you and me, master and student...I mean we could run Shadyside if we wanted" Mason said as he stood beside Ziggy.

"I mean I guess its just your probably the only Shadysider who could get with a Sunnyvale girl" Ziggy sighed.

"Yeah but there's this thing that all these other girls just...aren't" Mason admitted.

"Oh really? What's that?" Ziggy said sarcastically.

"You" Mason smirked.

"Ugh...I can't believe that worked" Ziggy rolled her eyes as she grabbed the side of Masons face and brought it to hers. The two kissed for what seemed like forever until they parted breathless.

"...Not bad" Mason said speechless as Ziggy scoffed and turned away.

The two stood in silence for a minute before Mason broke the silence.

"Wanna do it again?" He asked, Ziggy only smirked as the two leant in and began making out, this time more passionate than the last time, the two would continue like that for a while.

Time Skip

"GUYS!...woah" Nick Goode exclaimed as he saw Mason and Ziggy lying on the floor cuddling with messy hair.

"Do you mind, we're kinda in the middle of something" Mason exclaimed.

"Did you guys-" Nick tried saying before he was cut off.

"No...but we got close" Ziggy giggled.

"You need to get up now!" Nick demanded.

"Five more minutes, I'm quite comfortable right now" Mason said.

"No right now" Nick said.

"What could be so important that-" Ziggy said but was cut off by Nick.

"Jeremy is dead!" Nick yelled. The two instantly stood up and looked at Nick to see if he was joking, when they saw he wasn't they followed him to the mess hall.

The three got to the mess hall and both Ziggy and Mason began looking for Cindy, upon realising she wasn't there they went to Nick to ask to leave.

"We have to go, my sister's still out there" Ziggy demanded.

"No way, you two are way to irresponsible to leave" Nick scolded.

"C'mon man I thought you were the cool one" Mason said annoyed.

"Me and Gary will go alright...just stay here and don't do anything" Nick didn't let the two get a word in before he and Gary left as quickly as they entered.

"Ugh...can you believe him?" Ziggy complained as Mason stood there with his eyes wide. "Crook? you there?"

"Uh Ziggy...you did leave the outhouse door open...right?" Mason asked worried. Ziggy thought for a moment before her eyes widened too.

"Sheila" she muttered and the two bolted as fast as they could towards the outhouse.

The two finally arrived to the outhouse breathless and noticed the lock on the door still there, they unlocked it and slowly entered, pacing through the red paint and dim lighting, until they reached the stall Sheila was supposed to be in, they opened it and found nothing. Until Mason heard the bang of a head being smacked against wood and turned back to see Ziggy and Sheila fighting. Mason pulled Ziggy away from Sheila and separated the two with his body.

"Now, I don't hit women-" Mason tried saying but was interrupted by a loud slap to his face from Sheila. "...But I'll make an exception"

Mason bunched Sheila in the face and she fell back into one of the stalls knocked out, the two looked at each other in shock as Gary came in.

"What did we tell you guys, back to the mess hall!" Gary complained but Mason and Ziggy could hear the sound of yelling from one of the toilets. Ziggy followed the noise to the toilets and stuck her head down it.

"CINDY!?...What are you doing down there?...Just hold on a second" Ziggy yelled as she got back up and closed the toilet lid and grabbed the bucket of now dried paint.

"Was that Cindy?" Mason asked confused.

"Yes, now help me, both of you" Ziggy demanded.

"Yes Ma'am" Mason saluted as he stood up alongside Ziggy and grabbed the bucket to force it and the rope down.

The three held the rope, with Ziggy at the front and Mason behind her, with Gary far into the back, they all held the bucket and lowered it down to Cindy and Alice as they felt a significant weight on it and began to pull.

Mason looked to the side to see Tommy covered in blood wielding an axe looking straight at the three, Tommy swung his axe and Mason was able to dodge by ducking, but Gary wasn't so lucky as his decapitated body sunk into the toilet hole.

Ziggy screamed as Tommy stung, Mason was able to push her out of the way of the axe as she quickly stood up and ran off, Mason then stood up as the axe was stuck in the floor, he punched Tommy in the face, allowing him to run off successfully.

The two ran all the way back to the animal room and locked it tightly before cowering under a nearby desk.

I'm back, lemme know what you think so far...K bye
