"It has been reported that a member from a famous boyband called EXO, Do Kyungsoo also known as D.O, has been suffering from an unknown disease and is needed to be put under quarantine. But it seems like there aren't any reports going around to what hospital he must've been admitted to. Is he really sick? Or the entertainment company is just hiding something? Or worse, is Do Kyungsoo missing?! Stay tuned to--," the young girl pushed the off button on the remote in frustration and worry.

"Joy! Why did you switch it off?," Irene, their leader, furrowed her eyebrows.

"Unnie! Aggghh, instead of actually watching that, why don't we just go look for Haneul instead?," the young girl, Joy, retorted, obviously impatient to find their missing member— Haneul.

"Remember, Dyo oppa is also missing! Eotteokhae, they must be together right?," Seulgi said, biting her nails out of habit.

"Aniyo, they said Dyo oppa is in quarantine because of a disease. He couldn't be missing too, right?," Yeri, their maknae, said.

"Did you actually believe that? Don't be stupid!," Joy smacked Yeri's head in attempt to put it in the right position.

"Let's just-- ugh fine whatever, let's go find them now," Wendy gave up and was about to head to the door when Irene stopped them.

"Guys, I know they're very important.. but Youngmin sajang-nim just texted me, we have a busy schedule for the next 7 hours."

"Bullcrap, Youngmin!," the lad tried to attack the person in front of him, but he was held back by two muscular men.

"I guess.. you don't acknowledge me as your father anymore?," Youngmin said, amused.

"You were never my father," Jaehyun spat out, "You were just my owner. I was just a toy for you!"

Youngmin laughed evilly, "You know me so well."

Jaehyun stared down at him, "Where. is. Haneul? WHERE IS SHE?!"

"Like what will happen to you in the next few minutes, she's somewhere out there.. dying," Youngmin laughed before he left Jaehyun there inside the cold abandoned basement together with six or seven muscular men, ready to beat him up with baseball bats.

"K-kyungsoo," Haneul spat blood out. She looked over where Kyungsoo was placed. Her head ached. She couldn't stand the sight.

Kyungsoo tried to smile despite the current situation, "Haneul, I.. I will save you, I p-promise."

"No, Kyungsoo. No," Haneul stubbornly shook her head while her tears were freely flowing on her face.

We heard shuffling from outside and my heart started beating like crazy.

"Haneul," Kyungsoo whispered, "Whatever happens, just close your eyes. Haneul, I-I just want you to know, I'm sorr..y and.. and I-I've always had a crush on you," Kyungsoo closed his eyes and tried to ignore the pain. Despite his situation, he smiled and stifled a laugh.

Haneul immediately shut her eyes when she already heard the door opening.

"So Kyungsoo and Haneul, are you ready to die? Boss Youngmin wants us to do this slowly and painfully," a raspy voice stated evilly.

A loud snicker was heard, "Who said they're going to die, bitch?"
