Getting closer

Arriving at the cinema, Felix let Jisung choose the film, which turned out to be a big mistake in retrospect.

Since he hadn't really listened to which movie the other had chosen, he realized too late that it was a horror movie.

And if Felix couldn't do one thing, it was to watch horror movies.

Pretty much at the beginning of the film, he had reached for Jisung's hand and clung to it. This helped a bit, but it still couldn't really distract him from what's happening on the screen.

During the particularly bad scenes, the blonde pinched his eyes, but he could still hear the noises. And he didn't want to be a coward either.

After one of these scenes, he peered over to Jisung, only to find out that he looked at him amused.

"Well, Mr. Black belt? Scared?" the black-haired whispered with a grin, whereupon he reaped a soft punch from Felix.

"Dumbass!"

Quietly laughing, Jisung gently stroked Felix's hand with his thumb.

"Everything will be fine."

Of course it didn't. After all, it was a horror movie. Almost towards the end of the film, Felix had crouched in his seat and was tempted to just put his head on his knees and cover his ears.

A moment later, without knowing exactly how he got there, he sat on Jisung's lap and hugged him.

"I'll take care of you," he whispered with a grin and gently stroked Felix's back.

In the particularly terrible final scene, Felix buried his face in Jisung's crook of the neck and hummed quietly.

"Baby, it's over!"

At first, Felix didn't realize at all that the credits were running and the light in the hall had turned on again.

He looked at Jisung with big eyes. Who stroke over his back again.

"Come on, let's go out. And maybe eat something if you think your stomach can handle it," he said laughing and carefully pushed Felix down.

Felix got up with shaky legs, but couldn't say whether it was due to the film or to Jisung's closeness .

In his opinion, both would be justified reasons.

Finally out, Felix took a deep breath. The cool evening air did good and drove away the creepy memories of the movie.

Jisung ran next to him and held his hand.

"Please never drag me into such a horror flick again!" Felix said somewhat tormented as he slowly walked towards his favorite restaurant.

"But I could hug you again if it gets too scary," Jisung suggested with a grin.

"You can also hug me without the horror movie," Felix muttered halfway seriously.

Finally arrived at the restaurant, Felix picked out a secluded table where they had at least some privacy.

"True talk time, one question, one answer. What do you think about it?" Felix asked. He slowly wanted to know more about Jisung, but didn't really know how to do it.

To his surprise, the black-haired nodded. "But I start."

"Come on then, ask your question."

"Are you into men?"

"I thought that was obvious..." said the blonde with a grin. "Yes, I am. And you?"

Embarrassed, Jisung played with the glass that stood on the table in front of him.
