They continued dancing for quite a while until they finally sat next to each other panting and sweating and discussing where they wanted to eat.
Minho had, full of enthusiasm, already shown Felix some steps of their choreography for the dance battle and Felix had even been able to follow him.
"Do you mind if I jump into the shower real quick? I don't want to go out to eat completely sweaty?" Hyunjin asked, wiping the sweat from his forehead.
"Don't mind. The bathroom of the trainers is the last door on the left in the common room."
With a grateful smile, Hyunjin nodded and disappeared towards the locker room to get his clothes.
Exhausted, but extremely satisfied, Felix leaned against Minho. "I almost forgot how much fun it is to dance properly.
With a choreography and not just freestyle.""You're really good. Jinnie is right, it won't take you long until you can keep up with us," said Minho smiling and put his hand on Felix's arm for a moment.
Felix couldn't help but smile. The praise felt good and he liked to be taught himself, instead of always having to teach others.
Actually, he enjoyed being a coach, but the last few days had been quite exhausting.
Which was why he now enjoyed it all the more to be taught and just to have to follow what Minho had done.
They remained leaning against each other until Hyunjin, still with damp hair, came back.
"You could have changed your clothes," he noted, shaking his head, but actually found the whole thing rather amusing.
Normally, it was quiet difficult for Minho to met new people He had a perhaps rather rough nature that hid its gentle, caring core insanely well and usually people only got to see the rather rough side.
But with Felix it was somehow different. Hyunjin knew Minho long enough and knew how the older one really was, but he had rarely seen him so gently and caring with people he had just met.
This was due to the fact that Minho's gentle, loving nature had often been exploited. He had already had to endure so much that the armor had become his protective cover so as not to get hurt again.
But Felix had simply sneaked through all the layers and secured himself a place in Minho's heart right at the beginning.
Hyunjin saw it every time Minho looked at the younger one.
His protective instinct flickered in his eyes, but also insanely much affection.
And also in the way Minho dealt with Felix, it became very clear that Minho had closed him firmly in his heart. He let Felix's little jokes go through and throttled his own dark sense of humor so as not to hurt the younger one.
"Give us five minutes, then we'll be ready," Grinning, Minho pulled Felix with him into the changing room, while Hyunjin cleaned up and turned off the music system and the light.
A little later, they were sitting in the car, on the way to a fancy sushi restaurant that Hyunjin had told them about.
Yawning, Jisung rubbed his face with his hands and let himself fall on the couch.
He had just recorded his part of a new song and was more than satisfied with himself (and the song), but on the other hand he was also insanely tired.
"Awesome, I think I'll present it to them when I tell them we want to keep you," Chan said smiling satisfied and held out his had for Jisung to high five.
"Mhm good idea. Hopefully they'll think exactly like you."
Chan nodded approvingly, while Changbin sat grimly looking next to him and pressed his hands to his stomach.
