— NANCY POV (AGAIN) —

Once I got there, I sat down and admired Robin.

There was light shining through the windows, I never knew Robin looked so beautiful in the pale moonlight. It's nothing romantic. Right?

I guess I might've looked sad because I got cut out of my thoughts by a concerned Robin.

" Nance..? Are you okay? " Robin asked, genuinely concerned.

" Huh- oh! Yeah... Yeah I'm alright. Just... Thinking. Ya'know? " I said.

" Yeah.. Yeah I know " Robin said, smiling slightly.

Her smile must've been contagious, because that same expression soon followed on to me.

" I have a question " I asked. I had completely forgotten she clearly stated that her and Steve weren't a thing when the Vecna stuff was going on, but that was a long time ago, what do you expect?

" Go for it " Robin said grinning.

" Do you... Like Steve? Like.. More than a friend? " I asked hesitantly.

" Oh my goddd " Robin said, dramatically throwing her hands up in the air.

" No, I do NOT like Steve " Robin said dragging her hand down her face, exposing under her eye.

" Oh. Sorry for asking.. " I replied, feeling some sort of guilt.

" Nah nah it's fine, really we get it alot. " Robin said.

" Plus, I'm actually interested in someone else right now " Robin said smiling and rubbing the back of her neck (Will cosplay frfr).

Hearing this made me feel something. I think it was.. Anger, or jealousy? Maybe annoyance, but I don't know why though, but I covered it up well.

" Really? Spill! " I said.

The room went silent.

" Look Nance, I'm... Different okay? " Robin sighed.

" Well yeah, everyones a bit different " I said confused.

" No.. It's.. I'm.. Ya'know what? Nevermind it doesn't matter. " Robin said.

" It's fine. Take your time. " I said laying down.

Right after I laid down, so did Robin.

" I missed hanging out with you " Robin did air quotes around " hanging out ".

" What's with the air quotes? " I asked.

" It's just that, the only time we actually interacted was with the Vecna shit. We never really saw each other, nor interacted " Robin said shifting her body to turn toward mine, laying her head in her hands, stacked.

" True.. But! We're hanging out now, aren't we? " I said.

" I mean, yeah I guess " Robin said smiling.

We both must've been sleepy, because after about an hour of talking on end, we fell asleep. Right beside each other.
