Carter's house...
Mrs Baker: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN KIMBERLY IS NOT WITH YOU??
I know she snuck out, to go to Carter's party .
Tina: Please calm down, we don't want to scare you, but Kimberly came to the party, then she had called an Uber. And we think that the Uber that she got into was not an Uber.
Mrs Baker: What the hell are you talking about?
Carter ; Well we seen Kimberly get into a car, that we thought was the Uber, then awhile after a man who claims to be the Uber that Kimberly called, came to the door saying she didn't get inside.
Mrs Baker: OMG OMG what and you guys didn't feel the need to call me, I'm coming calling the police right now.
....Mrs Baker calls the Cops.Cops came by
Cop: When last did you see your daughter ma'am?
Mrs Baker: Well we had dinner around 7. And she had said she was going to sleep around 930pm
So I had went up to check on her because she was upset ,that I said no about going to a friends party.
Cop: Ok and thats when she snuck out?
Mrs Baker : Theres no time for all these questions , I told you about the Uber driver ,and that she got into a car posing as an Uber driver and you are here questioning me .
Cop2: Mrs Baker We are asking you these questions to try to help you.
Cop1 : We will contact the Uber driver, and try to get surveillance and go from there. By the way I need all of Kimberly's friends contact
Next day...
Tina/Carter/ Roxane Meets up at Carter's home.
Roxane: After going into that police station we all need a drink. This is ridiculous. I hope Kimberly is alright.
Tina : Me too, I hope those cops do their job.
Carter: Omg 😲, why did I not think of this before?
Tina: What? Think of what before?
Carter: Mrs Francis, has a camera, my neighbor who is two doors away from me, it probably can show us something from that night.
We know the car is black, jeep. But maybe we can try get a license plate number,or something.
Roxane: But will Mrs Francis give us the tapes? That's the thing?
Tina: thats true.
Carter: well we can try. I will go and ask her.
Carter contacts Mrs Francis for the footage of that night, since she was the most cautious and paranoid person in the neighborhood, and always wants to know whats going on.
Hi Mrs Francis, I hope this is not a bother to you, my friend is missing and I think maybe the person who took her can be on that security footage.
Mrs Francis : oh my goodness that is awful, we have a kidnapper in the area?
Carter: No we are not sure.
Carter gets Mrs Francis to lend him the tapes ,and he called over Kimberly's friends.
Ok let's try to connect it up, Carter said eagerly.
There zoom in a bit more, I think I see the the license plate, Tina said.
Roxane: There is a sticker on the trunk, but its hard to see the logo.
Carter tries to zoom in , but it looked like a dolphin with a red ball on the head.
Roxane: We need to show this to the police.
Tina: Yea like they will say congrats, and tell us we are a hero, No we are not going to the police ,atleast not yet .
Carter: I do think we should call Mrs Baker and tell her.
Tina : I agree.
They had gotten a hold of Mrs Baker ,and decided to head over to her house to show her the footage.
Mrs Baker : Where did you get this ?
Carter: My neighbor ,she has a camera on her porch.
Mrs Baker: You know this is evidence right?And the police needs to see this.
Carter: I don't know Mrs Baker, we wanted to wait and see what else we can do to find Kimberly , the police don't even care.
Mrs Baker: I understand but this is their job, and I don't want to jeopardize anything that will help find my daughter.
Tina : Fine I guess she is right Carter. Maybe we should bring it to the police.
They had brought it to the station and ,got the detective to look at it...this was now being treated as a missing person. The cops ran the license plates. And got a name.
Cops calls Mrs baker: Hi this is Officer Jones. We had contacted the Uber company and the name we have for the license plates ,is not in any association with the Uber services. So you know anyone called James Cadour?
Mrs Baker: sounding upset and about to cry, no I do not.
Officer Jones: Ok well we have an address and we are sending officers out . Please calm down Mrs Baker, I promise we will find Kimberly.
Mrs. Baker. I hope you do ,she said as the tears fell from her eyes. I have to stay strong for you Kimberly, I will find you.She said to herself.
