-"Gwen?"- you asked worried, -"you doing all right?.."
-"Yeah Y/N, I'll be out there in a minute"- Gwen replied.
It took her like 15 minutes to get out of the bathroom, while your mom offered to give Robin a ride back home since it was very late.
Your mom watched Finn and Gwen go to their side of the yard and enter their house safely.
As you got in the car, along with Robin and your mom.
-"Ma'am, you really didn't have to do this. I can protect myself and walk home. Not like I'm afraid of getting kidnapped"- Robin said loud and clear
-"I wouldn't be able to sleep if I knew one of my kid's friend went missing, Mr. Arellano"- mom replied
-"Well, I do appreciate the fact your bringing me back home señora Y/L/N"- Robin then replied
Your mom looked at him through the rear view mirror and gave him a smile.
-"Alright Arellano, give me the directions!"- your mom said with the big smile on her face still.
Y/N's POV:
You heard Robin giving your mom the instructions to get to his house, it was dark. The breeze was freezing, but you liked it that way.
You stared at your mom noticing she was already staring at you through the rear view mirror, you smiled at her and she smiled back at you.
You look out again, listening to whatever your mom had on the radio, also listening to your best-friend and mom talk.
You felt worried about the missing kid, and honestly about Billy too still. Knowing there was chances the other kid would not come home either, you still had hope.
But you brushed it off and realized you were already at Robin's house, he was gonna open the door. But he hugged you before opening it.
-"Bye Y/N, take care. Gracias ma'am"- Robin said smiling to you guys and waving. Rushing inside the house.
You then went to the front of the car, and your mom drove off.
Y/N's POV:
-"Y/N, you should invite the Blake's and Arellano to dinner someday"- mom said while looking at me
-"Really?"- I was shocked, mom had never said anything like that before.
-"Mhm"- nodding her head.
Well, wow.
Mom really liked them, and they didn't even interacted at all.
We got home, I went straight to my room. And changed into my pjs, and straight to sleep.
I wasn't tired at all, but if I didn't sleep. I was gonna fall asleep at school.

Morning again:
I had gotten up and gotten ready, and I woke up in a good mood remembering that I could invite Finn, Gwen, and Robin anytime to dinner.
Again, had to leave at 7:20, but I had to get out the house at 7:19, and wait for Robin while Finn and Gwen got out their house.
I was waiting, when I saw Robin.
Jesus, he cuts all of the sleeves off his shirts.
And I guess we will never get a real forehead reveal because of that darn bandanna that was always on his head.
-"Morning"- he said yawning.
-"Morning Robs"- You said
You then took a turn back to Finn's house and saw both him and Gwen getting out the house.
-"Morning guys!"- Gwen said hugging you and doing a handshake with Robin.
-"Hey"- Finn said but he was also yawning.
You guys all walked to school, Robin was gonna go to the gasoline store. To buy some goodies. And so you guys promised to meet up at one of the houses on the neighborhood.
Robin was a fast walker and he wasn't gonna take long. You knew that for a fact.
You, Finney, and Gwen continued walking and we're almost there at the house you promised Robin you would meet at.
Finney stopped you guys and said, "it's new, the baseball player. Bruce".
Your heart sank and you looked at Gwen, she looked back at you. But you guys didn't say a word.
Until Finn said:
-"Do you think they will find him?"-
And Gwen replied to him:
-"Not how they want to.."
You all continued walking and when you were gonna turn. You saw a big circle, and people yelling:
-"Fight, fight, fight, fight!"- everyone around the circle said
You guys sprinted towards and managed to get in-front of people
Robin and Moose again, Jesus. When will Robin not get in a fight.
-"I will pound you like a nail, you scrawny little beaner"- Moose said
-"Then do it"- Robin said confidently
Moose swinged at Robin, as you, Finney, and Gwen watched the scene.
Robin rocked the shit out of Moose yet again, getting him on the ground. Getting on top of him, punching the shit out his fucking face.
-"Es lo que te mereces, hijo de puta"- Robin said
Finney was dragging you and Gwen out the scene, while Gwen was trying to see if Moose got up again.
He didn't, almost as if Robin killed him.
-"What the hell?, that was Moose!"- Gwen said while you guys walked away.
-"I don't care"- Finney said while glaring at her
-"Moose is a giant asshole"- Gwen continued
-"I know"- Finney
"Remember last year, when he made your nose bleed? He had it coming"- Gwen replied once again
you stared in shock, and Finn seemed embarrassed.
-"No one has that coming"- Finn
-"Finney, he beat you up!"- Gwen
-"I know, I know, I know. I was there remember?"- Finn, he said staring at you.
-"I don't wanna talk about it"- he said trying to cut Gwen off. But little Gwenny continued
-"Well, you must be stupid enough to pick a fight with Robin Arellano, he's the toughest kid at school. Since the grabber got 'Pinball Vance Hopper'"- Gwen
And you forgot about Vance, he was also kidnapped, guessed you didn't really feel bad for him. He was an asshole.
-"I wish you wouldn't call him that"- Finney said serious now
-"Everyone called him 'Pinball Vance'"- Gwen
You continued to listen to the conversation while walking with them, instead of putting your headphones on and listening to music.
-"I mean-" Finney was cutoff by Gwen
-"I know who you mean jerk-face, even the papers call him 'The Grabber'"- Gwen
"Just, I wish you wouldn't say his name"- Finn
-"You don't actually believe that story do you?"- Gwen
-"No"- Finn
-"Because he can't hear you, he doesn't really take kids that say it"- Gwen
-"I know that!"- Finn
-"Finney"- Gwen
-"I said I know!"- Finn
-"Then say it!"- Gwen
-"I knowww!!"- Finn
-"Are you chicken?"- Gwen
-"I didn't mean it"- Gwen

And that's how their conversation ended, while u now walked to school quietly.
The rest of the day was normal, just that this time Robin didn't walk back with you guys. Somebody probably snitched to the principal.
He already had trouble with math, and now the fight?
For sure he was gonna get expelled.
-Time Skip-
A year had went by, it was already New Years Eve.
You've known your friends for a year now, you guys were really close, and the only thing that didn't change.
Was the feelings you felt when you saw more boys had went missing.
You never knew Griffen. But you felt horrible inside.
Billy, Bruce.., and then Vance?.
Shit was legit crazy.
You just hoped Finney or Robin, or even Gwen.
Didn't go missing.., cause you would literally feel like the whole world was ending, and you were drowning on an ocean and no one were there to help you.
You spent the day with family that visited and then when it was finally 1978, you wished everyone a happy new year and went to bed.
You expected uncle Albert to come, but he didn't.., you knew he lived by your area. But the man never came out, at all. Not even to get the mail.
-hours later, when it was morning-
It was obviously winter break, and it was snowing. You opened your window and pulled your hand out to touch the snow.
It felt cold and soft, and it was beautiful.
You spent the day on your room with Vinyls on, playing music, and drawing the beautiful view of the trees covered in snow outside your window.
You were a good artists you felt proud of yourself when you finished cause it looked beautiful. Then, wondering what your friends were doing, you laid down on your bed listening to the music the vinyl was playing.
-another time skip-
Months went by like they were flash, it was as they only had like a week or something.
You hung out with your friends as always, having fun and honestly being the teenage dirtbags you were.
The day of Valentines you gifted each other gifts, in March since there was spirit week you all participated, then you went egg hunting in Easter, summer started. You all hung out all summer long, getting in trouble, you were banned from a grab n go. And you enjoyed pissing the three dwarfs that bothered Finney when you guys encountered them.
School started again:
Same routine, La Independencia De México, and Halloween, you enjoyed this Halloween. Dressing up with your friends and going around asking for candy all over the place. Watching scary movies after you guys were done. El Día De Los Muertos you guys went with Robin to a "Panteón", to make ofrendas for his dad and other family members that had passed away.
Almost gonna be December again, but. Sadly, November was gonna be the worst month of your life..
