"Your highness, we have completed our mission and taken full control of the ship. We await your instructions on how to deal with the other two ships." Five informed Isobel.
"Very good Five. I shall assemble a crew to take over from you. I will add more soldiers, each of you will be given a centuria-a hundred men each. You are to get the two ships and kill all onboard, show no mercy. I am in need of those ships. In fifteen hours we shall have arrived in Eastern Cronia, I hope by them everything will be as I desire." Isobel commanded coldly.
"Yes Your Highness."
Isobel immediately got out of the cabin and had the subspace assembly a team of five hundred soldiers. All of them were equipped with with all the military warfare knowledge of land, air and sea. Each man could single handedly serve as a soldier king. The reason for her releasing them was knowledge that this was her only opportunity as upon landing in Eastern Cronia, there would be no more chance.
It was imperative that every person who knew the former Isobel die as they both were as different as day and night. If it were not for the pledge this body had made, she would not even have bothered going to Eastern Cronia. The former Isobel had sworn before her mother's grave that she would marry the grassland warlord, for an intelligent system like 001, executing orders was ingrained in her to the point of inflexibility. She was going to fulfil the oath this body took.
Ten hours later, the soldiers had all the three ships under their control. The previous crew had sunk into the ocean, never to be heard of again. Isobel had the subspace release the the remaining a thousand clones. Each of them was equipped with skills and knowledge that combined, could build the modern world. As the timeline on this planet was around the earth's five century, the knowledge possessed by her clones was like a nuclear bomb during this times. Each was an expert at something, and some had cross-border fields. From arts to sciences.
She released eight white horses and a beautifully crafted carriage, that had been gifted to her by a clone. Each of her five centurion was given a stallion and ten more were to be given out as gifts to her husband to be. She knew a maiden here got married with a big dowry to gain respect in her husband's household. She would prepare a rich dowry for herself. She had no worries of anybody trying to snatch her things away, she was well versed in all methods of fighting, killing and poison, that was if her soldiers did not kill the fool before her.
She removed trunks full of shoes, lingerie, hats and Fascinators, jewelry, all types of fabrics from silk, satin, cotton and designer gowns in both baroque and Rococo styles. Some were also quite modern.
Filled the three boats with gold, high yield food and cash crops with seeds, silkworms, domestic animals and exotic pets.
She did not fear her betrothed would suspect her, she wanted him to suspect her, otherwise how was she to live in hiding for the rest of her life?
In a few hours they would arrive at Eastern Cronia and she needed to get some sleep and freshen up.
At the break of dawn, the Captain announced land sighting. It meant that their journey was coming to an end.
Isobel washed and got ready with the help of her maids, once again she chose a shiny, floor-length, flowered and beaded, dusty-blue Quinceanera puffy ball gown with matching jewelry, lace gloves, Fascinator and stiletto shoes. She put on her makeup and waited for the ships to dock at the Port of Gadleigh.
The port had been cleared as early as the three ships were sighted. The Lords wife was coming and the warriors could not be happier. Who would call their Lords savages ever again? He had married a blue-blooded aristocrat. A princess for that matter. When the news had arrived a month earlier about the impending nuptials, none had been more happier than the warriors. They had fought with both Lords and had seen what men of valor they were. None deserved better than their Lord.
The arrival of this Princess of Cronia was a sign that they too would soon be able to marry Cronia women. There was much to celebrate.
"Hey Wanch, do you think the lady is beautiful?"
"Hell no. All those aristocratic ladies with uptight manners, noses in the air and horse faces, the lot of them." Wanch answered Cass, his companion as he picked yesterday's dinner from his yellow teeth.
"Then the Lords have a problem in their hands. "
"Do not fret, the two milords are more than capable of handling a willy wench."
"AH! There comes the ships. Call all the men to help dock it. Send someone to the castle to inform the Lords."
As the two ships came to port, a group of freedmen gathered at a distance. They too desired to see the new Lady of the Keep.
