Janice Russell, a former agent at I.I.A (Independent Intelligence Agency) is forced to go into hiding as her life is threatened by an unknown enemy. She takes on a new identity and comes across the most appealing man she's ever known who gets tangle...
"You've got to be kidding me" Yvonne said in disbelief. "You're telling me that there are some crazy bastards stalking you, and they've attempted to wipe you from the face of this earth twice. TWICE! And it's not until recently they stalked you again that you deemed it necessary to tell Me! Your best friend."
Yvonne shook her head and scoffed." Some best friend you are Janice. "
Janice just let her clear her mind. Yvonne had the right to be angry. She would have been mad too if it was Yvonne who had kept silent on such a serious issue. But she really didn't want to worry her.
" I'm sorry Yvonne. I just didn't want you worrying and stressing because of me. You know I can't stand seeing you disturbed." Janice begged.
"it's different Janice. We're talking about your life here. Of course I would be worried. You mean so much to me that I don't what I'll do if something happens to you." Yvonne broke down crying.
"I'm sorry besty. Don't cry please." Janice said covering Yvonne in a warm hug and calming her down.
"I promise I won't ever keep you in the dark again. I'll tell you everything OK? Just stop crying please." she pat Yvonne on the head until she stopped crying.
"You promise?" Yvonne said blowing her now running nose
"I promise."
Yvonne had come back from her trip two days ago. It's been two weeks since she lost her stalkers and so far she hasn't been stalked for those two weeks.
"The fact still remains that your life is in danger. I'm scared besty. I'm scared that who so ever is after you won't leave you alone. That's why we need to think of something."
She was right. Janice knew they haven't seen the last of her unknown enemy.
She has been thinking of what she was going to do and she knew that she had to leave L.A. Besides she had a feeling Yvonne might have been in danger had she not travelled to meet her family. She could not let that happen. She could not continue to put her in harms way.
"I'm going to leave L.A" Janice decided.
"What?" Yvonne asked caught off guard with her decision
"I'm going to contact Richard. We need to discuss this further "
"Call him. We are going to look for alternatives that does not involve you going anywhere." Yvonne said.
Janice searched her contacts and found Richard's personal phone number and called him. He picked up on the third ring.
"Hello." Richard answered
"Hello Richard."
"Janice. My favourite protegee. How are you doing?" Janice could feel him smile through the phone. He had always teased her with that nick name which he called her. They had a very strong friendship aside from work and even now that she wasn't working at I.I.A any more, they still kept in touch.
" I'm good. I just have a little problem which I'll ------" Yvonne seized the phone from her hands cutting her off.
"Hello. It's Janice friend. She is definitely not fine and the problem she has is not to be trifled with!" Yvonne said in an exasperated tone as she placed the phone to her ears "And I need you to get your ass down here as soon as possible."
She then handed the phone back to a rather amused Janice who almost laughed but managed not to after her crazy friend gave her a quelling look.
"Sorry for that." Janice apologised as she got back the phone.
"Who was that?" Richard asked curious.
"That was my friend. She is rather upset because I didn't tell her earlier about my problem." Janice replied.
"Alright. So what's going on?" he asked, referring to her problem.
"I'm being stalked." she told him. All traces of laughter gone as she explained things to him. "Also, there has been two attempts on my life but I was able to survive both. Two weeks ago I still caught on the guys stalking me, I ditched them and I haven't been followed till now. The thing is, I'm sure who so ever is doing this is not done with me yet."
"This is serious. We can't have a proper conversation through phone. I'll be taking the next available flight to L.A ASAP." he told her.
"Thanks. Sorry for the bother."
"You're not a bother Janice. Your life is at stake here. See you soon." He said and the line went dead.

The next day at 6pm Janice and Yvonne were at the airport. Richard's flight should have landed 25 minutes ago. Yvonne parked the car in the parking lot and they made their way into the building straight to terminal 3 which was where they waited for him.
Five minutes later Janice spotted Richard. She called his name waving as he made his way towards them. When he was close to them he opened his arms wide for a hug.
"Ricky!" Janice screamed running to his arms.
"My favourite protegee." he said lifting her up and swinging her around before putting her down.
"It's good to see you Ricky." Janice said with a huge smile on her face.
"Same here sweetheart." He said returning her smile. Janice then introduced them to each other.
"Yvonne this is Richard. My former boss. Richard this is Yvonne. My best friend".
"Hi. Nice to meet you" Yvonne said extending her hand for a handshake. Richard literally lost his ability to speak. Who wouldn't with this brown haired beauty who had the most amazing pair of coffee brown eyes standing in front of him. Her hair was so rich that his hands itched to get lost in its masses. Not to talk of her lovely pink lips begging to be kissed. How he longed to do just that.
"The pleasure is all mine." Richard drawled shaking her outstretched hand after he regained his ability to speak. He held her hand a little longer than needed before releasing it. The action hadn't escaped Janice's sharp eyes.
As they made their way to the parking lot Richard couldn't help himself from checking Yvonne out. This lady was a work of arts.
Janice noticed the looks Richard was sending Yvonne's way through out their drive. She smiled to herself. The poor guy was totally hooked.
It was a a 20 minute drive from their airport to their home. Soon Yvonne pulled up in front of their complex and left the car in front of the gate while Janice led Richard into the house where she showed him his room.

"We were thinking of eating out for dinner" She told Richard when he joined her and Yvonne.
"Fine with me."
"OK. Let's go then. Let's go."
