Tord lay on the couch with few thoughts, watching the TV and occasionally switches the channels, the blue light illuminating the front of him in the dark living room. It was late at night, the moon long past full. the sliver of white amongst the glimmering stars casting the world in a blanket of darkness. The curtains gave the faintest light from the window, having been closed for days to keep in the air conditioning. Tord felt his hoodie bunching uncomfortably no matter how he laid, sitting up for a moment and slipping it off. Left in just his shirt and pants, he folded it and placed it against the armrest as his own pillow, laying back down. He relaxed, melting into the warmth of the spot he'd been laying in for a while, before taking a thin blanket out from underneath the couch and throwing it over his body, taking off his socks. He discarded them about the coffee table, looking tiredly at the TV, his eyes feeling weighted. Despite this, he refused to keep his eyes closed for more than a few minutes at a time.

He'd finally fallen asleep when he felt a weight ease on top of him. The TV was still playing, muffled sounds of a voice in the soft static. The couch gave a creak, and Tord could feel it move. Ringo was his first thought, before he rationalized that the weight was far too heavy to be a cat. He groaned, opening his eyes and shuffling around to sit up in the darkness. It had only been an hour that he'd slept, the clock on the wall faintly showing that it was around 1 AM. It was hard to read the hands in the dark, that was one thing he knew for sure. Tord raised one hand, feeling what was on top of him. He was met with a handful of hair, soft in his hands. He didn't panic, as this had happened a few times before, and he knew there was no need to be afraid. Only one person in this house would wander in their sleep, and that was Tom. Tord knew the boy was docile for now, at least in his sleep, shuffling around to get comfortable beneath him. He took a deep breath, letting it out in the form of a sigh as he sunk into the cushions.

Tom shuffled on top of Tord, and he eased his left hand away from his hair, gently brushing his fingers up and down Toms clothed back instead. He eased his right hand to brush through Toms hair, humming softly to himself as he took in the moment. It was soothing for him to experience this peace, especially so late at night, even if it interrupted his sleep. Tord wondered if the man on top of him did this with anybody else in the house, or if it was just him. Tord figured the others had experienced this as well, his eyes once again growing heavy as he struggled to stay awake. Eventually his eyes drifted shut, his head relaxing into the couch to rest. He mumbled a small 'i love you' as he drifted off, his hands no longer moving, instead resting by his sides. As he drifted off, Tom had awaken, and heard the quiet i love you that came from Tords mouth. He raised his head and scoffed, smiling softly before resting his head back down on Tords chest. He didn't know how he'd gotten on the couch with him, but he decided he wouldn't question it.

He moved one leg to the outside of Tords, rather than the inside so that he could get comfortable. He eased his arms underneath Tords back, as if they were hugging. Tom turned his head to the Tv, before realizing it burned his eyes and instead turned his head to face the back of the couch. His eyelids fluttered closed as he drifted off to sleep with Tord, a smile plastered on his face. He couldn't help but feel good with how tender the guy had just been. Tom pursed his lips for just a moment, before giving Tords shirt a small kiss and squeezing his eyes shut as if he'd never done it. He smiled to himself as he felt accomplished, finally being relaxed enough to fall asleep. "No homo,," he mumbled, shuffling and finally falling into a gentle rest. They fought all the time in the day over stupid things, but they still cared about each other deep down. It was just what friends did, bicker. Nothing more.

Yes, hello. I haven't written in well over a year, so i hope that this is pleasant enough for a first oneshot. I've never written one of these before, in all honesty. It was only 768 words, which is a little short, so my apologies. Nothing happens here, kinda just them being gay but at the same time not gay, y'know? Just being homies.
