A-yeong got up at 7AM to be ready for work at 9, she lifted her upper body up using her hands and grunted while rubbing her eyes.
"It's too early for this." She groaned in her normal morning voice.
She quickly got out of bed and walked into her bathroom where she put her hair up and began her everyday, splash your face with water. Then when she felt alive she would start her makeup, applying not too much but enough to enhance her eyes and lips,
then she would get changed into her first day outfit, an expensive cotton white and black short skirt and top duo before finishing the look with her white headband, expensive branded bag, black slip on heels and golden jewellery.
"Perfect" she said messing up her English slightly.
She turned on her android phone and checked her schedule, skimming the page.
"9:30 meeting with... President of 'GoFood' Mr Kang? Isn't that a food company? Why do they want to talk to us? A fashion and cosmetics company?." She thought to herself. She decided to go ask her mum about it.
"Mum, why does Mr.Kang want an appointment with me?." She asked as politely as possible given their relationship.
Your probably wondering what I meant by that so I'll feed you on the information.
When A-Yeong was young, (around 17) her mum forced her into dating this older man, around 40-50 years old. As you would imaging she was outraged, she felt violated, hurt and confused as to why her own mum would do this to her. Then she found out her mum was doing it to hide her disgusting relationship with this man.
Her dad soon left after that. A-Yeong was destroyed, she was about to become CEO of 'Coco designs' but backed down leaving it to her mum. She just couldn't do that to her dad. Ever since there has been a hole in her and her mums relationship. They hardly utter a word to eachother and rarely ever say "good night"
"Because he wants you to design a design for his new foods. Also negotiate things like models and the hair, clothes and makeup on them, why." Her mother replies coldly before focusing her attention back on her golden child Jake. Ever since he was born 10 years after A-Yeong, he has been his mums ray of sunshine.
He doesn't work, doesn't cook, doesn't clean, doesn't do anything while his sister is a fashion designer selling her clothes for hundreds and thousands and still he's her favourite.
"I have a meeting with him this morning. Speaking of that I should be going, bye. Goodbye J" she said before closing the door.
On her way to work she stopped off at her favourite coffee place, it was a small coffee shop just outside of a park. She loved walking in the park with her coffee on cold mornings.
She grabbed her normal black coffee and an ice tea before leaving for work.
When she walked in all eyes were on her, some mesmerised some jealous. She just smiled, bowing at a couple of people her long straight hair slightly falling on her face each time.
"yeongie!!!" A smaller lady exclaimed approaching her.
"Minie!!" She replied excitedly.
"I cant believe you got me this job! Thank you!!"
"No problem my dear friend. Now let's whoop some GoFood ass. Here's your ice coffee." A-yeong said smiling.

Her heels were the only thing heard walking into the conference room, MinYoung holding the door open smiling at the strangers in the room before swiftly following behind A-yeong.
"It's a pleasure to have you here Mr Kang." She said walking up to him holding her hand out.
"The pleasures mine Miss Min." Mr Kang replied smiling and admiring her beauty before shaking her hand, feeling the warmth of his hand made her cheeks flash a certain pinky colour. She bowed before saying hello to Mr Cha.
She sat down in her seat and smiled at her team.
The conference went on for a little under two hours. Ayeong explained how she was the new ceo of this company and she was ready to help where help was needed. She explained her plan for upcoming events and shared her ideas of certain looks that would go well with some of GoFood's meals.
As the conference came to an end she received a call from her grandmother.

"Granny I'll call you back in a second I am in a conference." She spoke in her native tongue to her grandma, Japanese.
A few people looked up at her as she apologised for her rudeness switching back to Korean.
After the conference she called her gran back while walking to her car.
"Sorry about that granny, what's the occasion?" Ayeong spoke kindly to her grandmother.
"I was told by your mother you have taken up the offer of being ceo of your fathers company! Well done sweetie! Also your mother wants you home hun, love you"
"Thank you granny! Love you too."
Ayeong hung the phone up and stuffed it in her bag slightly mad at her mother for making her gran call once again to let her know they have to speak.
As soon as she stepped into her house her mother rushed over, forcing her into her room to change into a formal outfit as they would be going out.
When they arrived at a beautiful dinner her mother finally spilled.
