It had been a few weeks since the incident, but Taehyung didn't respond to any of Yoongi's texts or calls. It made Yoongi grow more worried. But what made him more worried is what would happen if Jimin found out what he did to Taehyung. He loved the boy and he definitely didn't want to lose him.

...

"Hey, Jimin-ah." Yoongi spoke in a raspy tone, still clearly tired as it was quite early in the morning and they were all in the dance studio. Apart from Taehyung.

"Oh, Hey, Yoongi-hyung!" Jimin said, his soothing voice making Yoongi's heart melt. "Have you seen Taehyung? He hasn't responded to my texts and I'm getting worried.." Jimin pouted at the older, clearly having his phone in his hand. Yoongi looked around the studio. But there was no sign of Taehyung..

"No–..I haven't."

"What?! Why not–..? You're his boyfriend!" Jimin threw his arms in the air as he spoke, pouting more than before. Yoongi couldn't help but coo at the sight of the younger male pouting.

"He must be ill, or maybe he's busy with his family?" Yoongi questioned, feeling as clueless as Jimin. He didn't know Taehyung's whereabouts either. He assumed that the flamboyant boy was most likely avoiding him. He didn't really blame him since he felt a massive wave of guilt hit his chest when he thought of the boy.

Taehyung was sitting at his bed, scrolling through social media, but everything he looked at always reminded him of his hyung. Yes, he was ignoring him because it hurt to see him after what he caused. But, he couldn't help but think about him running into the elder's arms for a hug. He felt his lips curl into a small smile before he sighed. He couldn't do that. His crush liked his best friend instead.

Why does life have to be such a bitch?

Taehyung sighed yet again and turned his phone off, heading into the kitchen for a snack. He reached into the cupboard. But, there was nothing; which meant he had to go shopping, even though he really didn't want to see anyone nor his friends. He cringed at the thought of running into one of them and then having to explain why he hasn't turned up to dance class for nearly two weeks. And he could already sense how angry Hoseok will be when he decides to come back. So instead, he decided to visit his family. Or well, mainly to see Yeontan, his dog.

He texted in their group chat saying he was going to Daegu to visit his family for a few days so he wouldn't be able to turn up for practice. And Yoongi instantly knew that he said that so he could escape from him. In fact, that was partly why he was going to visit his family. It was so he wouldn't have to worry about him turning up to his dorm or randomly bumping into him. He dreaded it. Yet at the same time, he wished for it to happen.
