Gracie dragged Kyle's unconscious body to a spot where he would stay upright.

"Hello? Kyle, wake up!" Gracie spoke, hoping he would wake up with tears in her eyes.

"What if he's still infected?.." her scared younger brother said to her.

"Hello?" Kyle uttered, despite the little breath he had.

"Are you still infected?" Gracie sighed, thinking her and Sam would have to flee again.

"No, i don't think so. Now please, take me to Ava's body." Kyle whispered, catching his breath.

"She's dead Kyle, you killed her and took her heart." Sam explained.

"TAKE ME!" he shouted, making Gracie and Sam flinch.

"You aren't in good health. This isn't a good idea." Gracie spoke, trying to be reasonable.

"I DONT CARE! ILL TAKE MYSELF." Kyle screamed.

The injured boy started to stumble, his friends shouting after him, he was determined to find Ava's body and revive her.

He then fell on the stone floor, making his hands bleed.

"See! You can't go yet." Sam said, knowing what just happened he didn't want Kyle to go until he was back to health.

"I CAN SAVE HER!" Kyle spoke.

The group became silent at what he said, they didn't believe him.
