A peculiar atmosphere brews on the streets of the medieval capital for among the typical wooden carriages propelled by horses and mages lies one in particular seemingly made from metal and adorning machinery never before seen or heard of in their time. Nobles, soldiers and civilians alike look on in confusion. Even more so at the turret on top housing a weird dark colored object on a pintle mount.

Swordsman: What is that thing?

Crossbowman: I don't know but I've heard it came from one of the East gates. Apparently it houses both Centurion Miyako and Shizuka.

Swordsman: The ones that were trapped at Pershing city? They actually got out alive?

Crossbowman: Apparently so, I'm still a bit confused myself because there was an attack at the same gate they entered. The Royal Legion is still collecting information.

Swordsman: An attack so close to the capital is probably not a good omen huh?

The crossbowman nods his head slowly at the swordsman as the weird metal carriage moves past them on the street. As it passes, they both catch a glimpse of a man in armor driving at the front and the two centurions talking at the back.

Swordsman: I wonder where they're heading...

-In the humvee-

Miyako: Okay stop at that building there, that's where the baths are.

Director: That one with the fancy gate? Kinda looks more like a temple than some bathhouse.

Miyako: Well yeah... it's a temple for holy magic. The baths are behind the main area of worship. You didn't know?

The three approach a large building up the road designed like a medieval temple with beautiful white concrete pillars supporting a marvelous roof covering the rest of the elegantly designed building amidst a large grass field. Steam rises from the what appears to be the back of the building. On the steps, mages can be seen entering the building in pairs or groups while what appear to be honor guard patrol the fence surrounding the entrance with an assortment of brightly colored white robes emblazoned with gold underneath the protection of a few heavily armored plates and a helmet with narrow visions slits similar in design to a Knight Templar's helm.

Director: (Ah shit... religion...)

Director: Then I guess I'll wait for you guys to finish in the humvee.

Shizuka: You can join us though, don't you want to relax a bit Director?

Director: Nah I'm good(an agnostic in such a holy site would probably not be a good thing). I could go for a good meal though.

Shizuka: Oh then why don't you go that inn over there? It looks brand new so the food must be delightful.

Director: Good idea, thankfully I still have some money.

Miyako: Don't worry Director, once you're summoned before the royal court you won't need to budget anything!

Shizuka: That's going a bit far don't you think?

Miyako: And we're here!

The three all unbuckle their seatbelts and exit the vehicle one by one with Miyako aiding the weak Shizuka. Director takes off his helmet and looks around the large temple area as Miyako brings out Shizuka's staff. Director then looks back to the intersection and sees one road leading to a large gate while the other leads to a large castle far into the city's center.

Director: (Wow this place is legit...and that's probably the palace.)

Shizuka: Okay Director, we'll be heading to the temple now.
