"Here, grab her." Lundyn mumbled, quickly passing True to Von. He furrowed his eyebrows, grabbing True. Lundyn walked out the condo, bumping into a hard figure.
Lundyn trailed her eyes up to the figure's face, seeing the man that bought the car seat set to her truck back in Chicago. Was it weird seeing him in her condo building?
Yes.
Did Lundyn care? No. "Oh, Chris? What you doin' over here?" She asked.
"Visiting my sister." He lied and she nodded. Lundyn tried to step around him but he grabbed her arm. She looked down at his hand before trailing her eyes up to his. Chris smiled and let her arm go.
"Sorry, you free this Friday?" Chris asked. Lundyn thought about Von and bit down on her bottom lip. Did she really want to go on a date with Von?
"Uh, iah' let you know. Text me on IG." She told him before walking away. Chris watched her disappear into the elevator, smirking to himself.
Lundyn walked out the building, getting into the black Rolls Royce. The male leaned over the center console, pecking Lundyn's cheek.
"Hey Kobe." Lundyn smiled. Kobe nodded his head at her and pulled off. "Take me to Wendy's real quick."
The ride was quiet but comfortable. "Whatchu' want?" Kobe asked. Lundyn scanned her eyes over the menu, looking for what she wanted.
"I want a 10-piece spicy nugget and baconator fries with a strawberry lemonade." She told him.
Kobe repeated the order before pulling up to the window. He paid for the food and got the bag, handing it to Lundyn. She drunk a little of the lemonade before beginning to eat.
"How is yo' daughter?" Kobe asked and Lundyn stopped chewing, raising her eyebrow. "That big ass belly gone." Kobe chuckled.
"Oh," She fake chuckled. "She ight'. She look like her deddy though." Lundyn rolled her eyes. Kobe nodded and stopped at the red light. He reached in the backseat, grabbing a black MCM backpack.
"I'm finna' do some drops real quick," Kobe told Lundyn, pulling off. "You ight' or you want me to take you home?"
"I'm cool." Lundyn mumbled. Kobe nodded and looked at his phone.

"Last one then I'ma take you home. I know yo' BD mad as hell." Kobe laughed. Lundyn chuckled and rolled her eyes. Kobe pulled into the familiar gated community and Lundyn heart rate sped up.
Maybe I'm tweaking. Lundyn thought. WRONG, Kobe parked in front of Durk's house and picked up his phone. Shortly Durk came out and walked up to the car.
Kobe rolled the window down and Durk slightly stuck his head in. "Lundyn?" He asked with a smirk on his face. She cut her eyes at him and he chuckled.
"Twin ain't gon' believe this one!" He exclaimed. Kobe face grew confused as Durk handed him the money. Kobe gave Durk the bag of weed and shook his head.
"Ight' good lookin'." Durk smiled. He gave Lundyn one more look before shaking his head, pulling out his phone and walking away. Kobe pulled off and the ride back to her condo was quiet.
Once he pulled out, Lundyn unbuckled her seatbelt. "Bye Kobe." She waved. He ignored her and she grabbed everything, getting out the car.
Lundyn took a deep breath before walking into the building. She got on the elevator and waited until it got to her floor. It was getting dark outside since she left and she knew Dayvon was about to be on 10.
She unlocked the door and walked in. Lundyn flicked the light switch and she looked at Von who was standing there, arms crossed with one hand on his chin.
"Where you been at?" Von asked. Lundyn shifted her weight to her other leg. "Don't lie cause I saw you get in that Rolls Royce and Durk tellin' me you pulled up in the same one."
Von stepped closer to her, backing Lundyn into a wall. "So tell me, where the fuck you been?" He asked. Lundyn turned her face away from Von, ignoring his question.
"Where is T-She sleep. Stop playin' Sarai and answer my fuckin' question." Von cut her off. Once he realized she wasn't replying, he slid his tongue over his teeth and stepped back.
"You gon' make me break yo' damn jaw." Von chuckled darkly. "Who was you with Lundyn?!" He shouted, startling Lundyn.
True began crying and Von mugged her. "You got me wakin' my daughter up." He said. The two of them walked to her nursery and Lundyn tried to pick her up but Von did it before she could.
"Don't touch ha'. You was probably playin' with a dick somewhere." Von spat. Lundyn frowned, taking in what he said.
"G, you serious? It's okay when you post up with hoes but I get in the car with a nigga and I'm just out suckin' dick?" Lundyn asked.
"You full of yo' self like fa' real." She shook her head and turned around. "And since you wanna' know," Lundyn smirked.
"I was with yo' replacement."
