Saturday morning I took a shower, it lasted about 2 hours because I wanted to look perfect for Nardo.

I put my hair into a half braided ponytail letting the rest of my hair down. I dressed in a pink dress with puffy shoulders and wore the necklace my best friend Itzhel gave me.

Looking at myself in the mirror I realized I lost one of my best friends just the other day. I held the charm of the necklace in my hand zoning out.

Nardo ❤️: hey I'm outside u ready?

I forgot about everything and ran down the stairs, I opened the door to see Nardo standing there with a bouquet of flowers.
"Are those for-"
"Of course they're for you." He said. I thanked him and put the flowers in an empty vase nearby. He grabbed my hand and we entered his car. Well I thought it was his car.
We sat in the backseats and I awkwardly sat there while there was a man in the drivers seat singing to the music on the radio.

"Oh sorry," he said, "I forgot to introduce myself, I'm Cedric. Nardos too poor to have a car so I'll be your Uber for today."

"Oh um, thank you, I'm Addy." I replied. He grinned and gave a snarky look at Nardo, "she looks like the last girl you brought he-" Nardo slapped him with a water bottle he picked up from the cup holder.

What did he mean by that?

I ignored his comment and chatted with Nardo the entire way.

We arrived at a small cafe, Nardo led me in and we ate and talked. I really like him. By the end of the date he asked me to be his girlfriend.

Stunned I stood there frozen.
"I- sure!" I managed to stutter out. I came home and texted Liz all about it, she seemed a bit upset. I assumed maybe she liked Nardo, but other than that I ignored her.

The next day at school I opened my locker to find a sticky note.

"Maybe I just wanna be yours"
It read, I looked closer to see a small box of chocolates. I smiled, Nardo must have stopped by the school to put them in there.

He is the sweetest. Suddenly I felt as if someone was staring at me.

I turned and saw Joe

"Hello? Joe you don't have to hide." I said,
I walked up to him and waved my hand in front of his face "hellloo earth to joeee"
"Hi." He said, "oh! You speak?" I jokingly replied as i fluttered my eyelashes. "Do you.. like chocolate?" I saw that he was staring at the box in my hands. "Yeah?" I said, "do you?"
"Yeah"
"Oh, soo wanna take a walk? We're both at school early?" He nodded and we walked outside.
"So" I said "I don't think we've actually spoken before?" He quietly agreed.
We chatted for a bit, and it turns out he is actually really funny. I checked my phone to see we have only 2 minutes till the bell rang.
"Thank you by the way.." I said.
"For what?"
"For saving my life"

He looked shocked, but a sense of realization hit him; "Oh yeah that, you need to watch where you're going.. by the way do you maybe wanna-"

Ring ring

"Never mind, let's head to class"

That was weird

Come home and play roblox with joan for hours
Talk to my friends
Talk to my boyfriend.
