"woah, who is that?"

the day was as normal as any day for green crewmate (gc). except for the fact that it was his first day at a new school. gc was nervous, scared, and a little excited. he pondered on how his day would go, anxious for the future. when he got to school, everything looked strange. he wasn't familiar to this setting, as he had never been to a real school before. jocks yelling in the hallway, nerds getting pushed around, popular girls surrounding their boyfriends. but scariest of all, the league of legends players. or.. dungeons and dragons players? i guess that's what this school called it. green crewmate was walking around, trying to get used to his surroundings, when all of a sudden, jason walked up to him.
"hey! you're new here, right? i'm jason."
green crewmate stumbled with his words, surprised someone as cool as jason was talking to him.
"o-oh, um, i'm green crewmate..but call me gc."
"cool name. you interested in joining the basketball team?" jason replied
"huh? uh-uhm yeah! definitely."
gc only said that to sound cool.
"great! tryouts are after school, see you then!"
gc was nervous, but the school day ended quicker than ever. as gc was about to go home, he ran into jason.
"hey man! you coming to tryouts? the gyms over there" jason said, pointing to the end of the hallway.
"oh, yeah! i was..just uh..lost! yep, that's it." gc replied, sounding nervous.
"okay well, you can walk with me to the gym then." jason insisted.
"oh alright hahahaha" gc laughed nervously and awkwardly
jason just ignored his laugh and walked him to the gym where they found one of the dnd FREAKS yelling and throwing around a basketball. he shook around his long messy hair, and a rat tail fell out and onto gc's face. gc looked up to see a dashing 20 year old...wait..20?? did he get held back or what..gc was thinking about asking jason but he didn't. "who is that guy?" gc asked.
"you don't know him? oh, that's right.. you're new. he's eddie "the freak" munson. he's the weirdest mf you'll ever meet." jason replied
gc was in shock of how majestic his messy hair flowed in the wind of the gym class. at that moment, gc wanted to kiss eddie. but he didn't know it yet.
