The confuse ending

!Attention: Contains Spoilers!

  In the end of the book, The Little Prince is bitten for a snake and falls in the sand, don't making a sound; In the book the pilot says the Little Prince is home now, in his comet, with his rose, and before the Little Prince was bitten, he say he needs to leave his body because is very heavy to take with him, and because of this he is just go with him soul.

  No one knows exactly what this means, if he d!ed or just if he stay alive in his terms (because remember: He is not a human in the eart like us), but have many interpretations:

He d!ed

  He was bitten for a snake, so probably he is death and when the pilot say he is in the sky laughing, can be a way for say he is gone, and when say he is in him asteroid, maybe meaning he visit in his spirit level, and is visiting his rose, who he didn't want to leave; Other thing: In the book the Little Prince say his body is very heavy for he cares, so just his spirit can go.

He is alive

  Honesty I don't now exacly what write here, because the book don't say literal words, so probably say his body is heavy it's just a manner to say he leaves the heavy of eart and go to for his "light" asteroid, who is simple, don't need very things like the humans need, and he don't come from eart, soo for his to be a inocent children for the space, his body don't make difference, because "what is essential is invisible to the eye".

He never exist

  It's a bit exaggerated but, basically The Little Prince it's just in the thought of pilot, because he stay in Saara's desert, and probably see a mirage, and when he just fixed the airplane The Little Prince gone, other thing is The Little Prince say things of a childreen think, like the childhood of the pilot thinks, a example is the snake and the elephant, just The Little Prince can recognizes what it's, and probably his filosophy come of the pilot.

Is just the thought of pilot

  It's a little different of the previous, but is not a mirage, and its the things the pilot thought, probalby talking with him childhood, but he know's is not real, he just remember his story because he don't know if he wanna still alive, and think with nostalgia when he wanna just a drawing, and see the simple thinks of life, and when he finally wanna go home, he say goodbye for Little Prince, symbolically, can be relationed with the personal life of Saint Exupéry, who in real life stay in Saara desert and the Rose, the Fox, is representations of things in his life.

  The book don't have a real end, but these are some ideias I have, but for be honestly, I don't know exactly what is the real end, or what means.
