It's been six months since the accident that took Risa and Leni's only son's life happened. Those six months is never easy.

There are some nights that Risa will wake up in the middle of the night without Leni by her side. She will find her in Link's room, hugging his clothes that they never washed, crying softly. Leni is still blaming herself about the accident. But Risa is there to remind her that it's not her fault.

When Leni started to regain herself back, she went back to work. While Risa is left alone in their condo. That's when Risa realized that she never grieved properly. She tries to be strong to be there for her wife and for their baby that she's carrying.

Risa went to Link's room and looked at his closet, her hands on her baby bump. "Link, anak? Can you hear, Mommy? Malapit na lumabas si baby brother mo. What do you want to name him?" Risa sighed, tears are welling to her eyes. "I'm keeping the hand me downs, anak. I'll just buy your baby brother the same ones like yours. I really, really miss you, Link. You never visited me in my dreams. I miss you hugs, kisses, your laugh, and your kakulitan. Pwede bang pahug si mommy? Kahit saglit lang." Risa cried.

She didn't noticed that Leni just got home. This is the first time that Leni saw Risa cried because she misses their son. She realized how Risa never gets to grieve the lost of their son because she's so busy attending to her.

Leni slowly made her way to give Risa a back hug. "Hindi daw available yung hug ni Link. Masyadong nag eenjoy mag laro in heaven. Yung hug ko pwede na ba?" Leni rested her chin on Risa's shoulder, her hands resting on Risa's baby bump.

Risa sighed contentedly after feeling Leni's touches. "This will do."

"I miss him..." Risa mumbled. "I miss him too." Leni placed a light kiss on Risa's shoulder.

"How was work?" Risa asked, changing the topic of their conversation. "Work is... okay. Mas gusto ko pang nandito sa bahay para may kasamahan ka."

"I can manage on my own naman. You don't have to worry about me." Risa turned to face Leni. "Paano naman ako hindi mag woworry eh tignan mo iyang tiyan mo. Parang anytime lalabas na si baby." Leni kissed Risa's bump.

"Ah so mataba na ako? Ganun?" Risa's emotion quickly changes. Leni chuckled at her wife's antics. "No, what I'm saying is parang ready na lumabas si baby. Tsaka ano naman kung tumaba ka. Maganda ka parin naman."

"Aray!" Risa groaned, clutching her belly. "Oh bakit? Nag gugulo ba si baby? Malakas ba sipa?" Leni rubbed Risa's belly. "Actually, pangga... Kanina ko pa hindi nararamdaman yung kulit ni baby. Dati kung makasipa malakas at parang may kaaway pero ngayon tahimik lang siya." Risa looked at Leni with worry in her eyes. "We never experienced something like this nung kay Link diba? Before you gave birth to him magulo siya diba?"

Leni started shaking a bit. She's not ready to lose another child. "Let's go to the hospital na. We can't risk losing a child again. I can't." Leni started scrambling as she looked for her car keys.

Leni drove carefully as she's with her wife and their unborn child. She always stops before passing a cross road, especially the road where she got into an accident with Link a few months ago.

They arrived safely at the hospital. The doctor and nurses are quick to assist them.

"We'll do an ultrasound just to make sure that your baby is okay. You're on your nineth month am I right?" The doctor asked Risa as she checked her baby using the ultrasound machine. "Yes po. But I'm not due til a few more weeks."

"Baby A and Baby B looks healthy. But there's a placenta abruption and it's Baby B. We need to do an emergency c-section." The doctor called on the nurses to book an operating room. While Leni and Risa just stared at each other.

They're having twins. Twins.

Risa has been carrying two babies all along. They're only preparing for just one baby, but by some miracle there's another one.

"We're having twins..."

"We are..."

Leni hugged her wife. She kept kissing her baby bump. She can't contain her excitement to meet her two little ones.

"We're taking her to the OR now." The doctor told Leni, before the nurses wheeled Risa out ot the room and to the operating room.

"Stay strong for me, okay? Don't you dare leave me, pangga." Leni kissed Risa, crying. "Hindi kita iiwanan, pangga. I can't wait to meet our twins." Risa smiled. "See you in a few?"

"See you, pangga. Mahal na mahal ko kayo."

"Mahal na mahal ka din namin, gha."

"No, Mama!!" Their five year old, Madison, runs around their house, trying to outrun their Mama. While Matthew is helping their Mommy bake a cake in the kitchen.

"Okay, now. Try to crack these eggs without breaking the yolk. Can you do that, Matty?" Risa gave Matthew an egg. "I can try, mommy. But I can't promise you that." Matthew giggled as he carefully crack open the egg without breaking the yolk.

Leni then gave up and let Madison eat the rest of the ice cream. "No more dessert for you later, Maddy."

"I'm okay with that, Mama! At least I get to eat all the ice cream!" Madison giggled, her face covered with ice cream as she gave her Mama her sweet smile.

Their twins are very different. Madison Lane Hontiveros-Gerona is the first one to be born. She's three minutes older than Matthew. She is a lovable little rascal. She's independent, smart, and talkative. Matthew Atticus Hontiveros-Gerona on the other hand, he's quiet, reserved, smart, clingy, and sweet. They're like Link but times two.

Leni and Risa loves and adores their twins so much. But there are times they wish that Link is with them.

It's supposed to be Link's nineth birthday if he's still alive. They knew that he'll be the best big brother ever. But the universe is too cruel to take that from him. From them. The twins love it when Risa and Leni told them stories about their big brother before bedtime. The twins were inseparable. Wherever the other twin goes, the other follows.

They decided to visit Link to sing him happy birthday. The twins sings their big brother happy birthday and later on argued about who's going to blow the candle. Until they decided to blow the candle at the same time.

After eating the cake, the twins ran around the grass while Leni and Risa just watched their kids, sitting on the grass beside Link's grave.

"Happy Birthday, Anak. Miss ka na namin ni Mommy, sobra. Ang gugulo ng mga kapatid mo. Parang ikaw lang pero times two. Pero alam namin ni Mommy mo that we're doing a great job. Kamusta ka naman diyan, anak? Mag enjoy ka din diyan ah. Pero keep on watching after us. Lalo na sa mga kapatid mo." Leni wipes off Link's tomb, smiling as she recalls their memories together. The happy ones, not the sad ones.

"Alam mo ba, anak. Iyang si Mama mo minsan makulit. Parang mga kapatid mo. Sinasabayan pa minsan. There are days na tatlo ang baby ni Mommy. Pero it's okay lang naman. Oh, wag magtatampo. Baby parin kita. Baby ka parin namin ni Mama. It's getting a little late na, anak. I think we better go home. Malapit na bed time ng mga kapatid mo. Babalik kami dito. Promise 'yan" Risa gave Link's tomb a flying kiss while Leni called on the twins.

"Happy Birthday, Kuya Link! Uuwi na kami!" The twins said in unison.

"We miss you, anak." Leni said, still smiling.

"We love you, Link." Risa held Leni's hand while the other is holding Madison and Madison is holding her twin's hand who's holding Leni's.

"To the moon!" Madison exclaimed.

"And back!" Matthew said, finishing the sentence.

It's true that their life has never been the same. Link may have left them but the twins came and changed their life. Their fears started to disappear and they learned to savor the time they had with each other. It's not only that their family grew. Their love for each other also grew and it's still growing.
