VII

All throughout the dayshift, Kayori got the same questions. With each question, she wanted to cry more.

“Welcome to fazbears! Can I get yo-“

“What happened to your eye?!”

“Welcome to fazbears… can I get you so-“

“Ooh! You need to see a doctor for that eye, dear!”

“Welcome to fazbears…. Ca-“

“Ooh. Nasty eye injury. The rest of you makes up for it though. Call me!”

Near the end of her shift, Kayori had to use the bathroom. She went to the tiny hall that had a door for the male and female bathrooms, but when she walked up to the female bathroom, a familiar voice sent shivers down her spine.

“Oh.. it’s you. Slacking on the job I see? You couldn’t have waited 30 more minutes? Pitiful. I don’t know why I saw the better in you. You’ve changed since you’ve been around Michael and Reki. Shame on you.” William snarled. Kay could hear the aggression in his voice, and started to shake as she turned around to look up at the tall man.

“F-father… you.. you must forgive me. Please..” Kayori started to shake even more. She knew going back to William was pure insanity, and a decision that would not make Reks and Mike happy, but still, she proceeded. “Unlike them… I need you. I can help you. I belong here…”

Kayori’s obsessive tendencies made William just smile. He knew she was attached, and he saw an opportunity to use her. 

“Fine… but if you make one more simple, little, tinyy.. mistake…. I WILL come for you. And it will be game over for you.. got it?” William said with a smile, opening his arms, motioning for a hug from Kayori.

“G-got it” Kayori replied, and fell into William's bony arms. Kayori was having mixed emotions. She knew she made the wrong choice, and was at risk of losing a brother and a friend… but her father put her in this world… and he could easily take her out.

William ran his hand through Kayori’s soft, lavender hair. Something he knew comforted Kayori. His manipulation skills were on point, and Kayori would never realize it. The hug broke. William smiled, and walked away. Kayori no longer had to pee, and went to finish off the final 25 minutes of the dayshift.

“Fazbear employees! Meet me in my office!” Was heard over the loudspeakers. It was William. 

“What does that bitch want!” Reki yelled

“To see us.” Ako snarked.

“No shit!” Michael replied, seeming highly annoyed.

Despite Reki and michaels resistance, they all walked to William’s office. When they walked in, a repaired Chica, Bonnie, and Foxy were there.

“W-woah…. Mr. Afton! How did you fix them so fast!” Hato exclaimed.

“Magic.” William replied. He was always secretive about how he made the animatronics, even to Mike and Kay.  

“Anyways, I called you all in here to discuss nightshift. You four.” William pointed to Hato, Kibo, Mint, and Ako. “I need you to clean this office. And don’t come out, unless you want to be in big trouble with me! Kayori, Michael, and Reki. You know what to do. I’m going to re-position Foxy, Bonnie, and Chica for tomorrow. In the meantime, clean up this place. But when the clock strikes midnight, go to where I told you.. or face consequences…” William rambled, as he left, dragging the animatronics on a rolling cart behind him, as the door to his office shut.
