"I'm a motherfucking missed target, but a target nonetheless and I just started"

Meech

"What the fuck happened," I said looking at the destroyed stash house. "Fucking Whizz and Big Mike.." I couldn't even finish my sentence. I've known these two for a good minute now and the fact they died doing this shit killed me.

It's like I couldn't protect my own crew. How am I supposed reach my father's potential if I can't even find the nigga that keeps doing shit to me. "FUCK" I screamed out in anger and pushed the table near me.

What am I supposed to tell their families? Whizz was the only one his grandmother had left. Big Mike had children and a wife. Just thinking about this shit had me angry.

"Jah round up the guys and meet me at the other spot" I said while leaving. "Make sure everyone there  Ight. If not they ain't gonna work for me no more"

"I got you," Jah replied in a low tone. Him and whizz were very close at one point. This shit probably weighing on him heavy cause he the one that left whizz here.

While I'm going down the front steps, an older woman comes up to me. "You live here?" She asked.

"Nah," I kept walking she could probably be a fed or some shit.

"I got security cameras!" she said getting my attention. I turned back around. "I live across the street, and I didn't get the whole thing but it got the  car"

"yeah? and you just gonna give it me?"

"I knew your father and he was a good person and helped me a lot back then, I'm just returning the favor," she said handing me a USB.

"thank you" I said taking it from her. "what's your name?"

"Lydia" she gave a me a sly smile.

"ight, good looking out" I said entering my car. this might be the piece I need to put an end to this nigga.

At home

I laid in my bed wondering when Meech will be home. It be feeling lonely being here all by myself. He has been out all day and has barely texted or called. I heard keys unlocking the door and immediately got up.

He walks in "Meech where tf have you been?? You didn't call me or text me" I spoke slightly raising my voice.

He just shook his head and continued into living room. He grabbed his computer and plugged a USB in.

"Hello I'm talking to you?? You can't just leave for the whole day and not communicate with me, that's not how it works" I spoke again and it seemed like I finally got his attention.

"Ken you don't know the shit I've been through today so I don't need your hollering go sit down somewhere damn,"

"Uhh don't talk to me like that, I'm not your dog okay!" I couldn't believe he would say that to me. This was our first real argument and I didn't even know how to react.

He kept quiet and continued to figure the computer. "Shit" he cursed when the computer kept saying 'error'. I felt bad cause he looked really stressed out.
