Leslie's P.O.V
I got to my room and sat on my bed without saying a word. I noticed a big bag filled with my clothes and put it under my bed. I let out a sigh before laying down on my side. Depression came when it wanted to and now it chose to come.

I was never myself when I was depressed, it was like an anxiety attack for me, just longer. I would cry forever until it stopped and it was a feeling and mental, not really physical in any way. That's when I'd overdose on my antidepressants and smoke or get drunk. But now I couldn't do that, I just had to sleep away the pain.

But even that wasn't a good idea.

I tried to close my eyes to keep from crying, I was very aware that Nathan was still in the room and I didn't want to cry in front of him. The door swung open and I got out my thoughts.

"Leslie, I have an antidepressant for you, here." The woman from earlier told me. I sat up and took the blue, oval-shaped pill. I sighed deeply. "Just one?" I asked. "Your not supposed to take more than one." She said giving me a glass of water. I took the water and stared into it before popping the pill into my mouth and getting it down with some water.

"I never caught your name." I said giving her the cup. "It's Cassidy, now open so I see you swallowed." She instructed me. I raised an eyebrow and looked at her funny. "Really?" I asked. "Hey, some people don't take their pills. I have to make sure. Now open up." She said. I rolled my eyes and opened my mouth, moving my tongue where she told me.

She left the room and I laid down again. Trying my best not to cry now that I had taken the pill. Taking them properly is horrible, they make everything worse. "You have depression." Nathan spoke. "Yes." I replied softly and keeping my eyes fixed on the door. "Why?" He asked. The actual fuck?

"What do you mean, why, I just am." I said sitting upright and turning to face him. "So your telling me, you've always been depressed?" He smirked. "Not always..." I trailed off fiddling with my fingers. "That's what I thought, why?" He continued. "Because." I said. "Why won't you tell me?" He asked with a sad look in his eyes. I chuckled at him. "Because it's none of your business." I said laying back down.

"I don't even know you and already I hate you." He scoffed. "Good, I won't come as a disappointment when you get to know me then." I said closing my eyes.

The next morning I woke up to Cassidy's voice calling my name. I groaned and shuffled in my bed. "Leslie, it's time to shower you have a visitor." She said again. I groaned again and sat up. "Fine fine, I'm up." I said rubbing my eyes. I looked over at Nathan who was relaxed in his bed reading a newspaper.

"Hey, how come he doesn't have to take a shower?" I complained. "Because I already did and even if I didn't I wouldn't have to because I don't get visitors anymore." He said not looking up from the newspaper. I rolled my eyes and only when I was at the shower room I realized that he said he doesn't get visitors anymore.

I wonder what happened.

After my shower I changed into the clothes I took with me. Which were black skinny jeans, with a white tank top and white pumps. I tied my blonde hair up in a bun and went to the visitors room.

When I walked in I saw my best friend sitting on a chair tapping his foot against the ground. He looked up and his eyes filled with happiness. "Ash!" I shouted with happiness. He stood up and wrapped his arms around me. Originally, his name was supposed to be Ash but the people sorting out his birth certificate fucked something up and made it Ashly instead of Ash. But he doesn't seem to be bothered by it anymore. Anyone who'd give him shit about his name would get punched square in the jaw.

"Sup Lee." He said hugging me tighter. "Damn, how long you in here for?" He asked sitting down on the chair. I sat down and sighed. "A fucking month." I said looking up at him. He chuckled at me and I smiled. He was always been like a brother to me.

"No wonder you wanted me to bring you, the book." He smiled. "That is indeed why, now do you have it." I said greedily. He chuckled again and gave me the thick leather-covered book. I smiled at it and looked up and him. "Thank you so much Ash." I said standing and hugging him. "I got you sis." He said hugging back. From there we went out separate ways.

I smiled all the way back to my room. The book had some pages in the middle cut out in the shape of a cigarette box. Yep that's right, Ash smuggled a box of cigars for me and I know how tight the security is at the entrance.

I opened the door to my room and stepped in. I hadn't have a cigarette in two weeks although I only came yesterday. My mother kept me in and managed to keep me away from smoking. I really wanted a cigarette. Just one puff of the smoke in my lungs was enough.

"Your pill is on the side table and there's water. " Nathan said making me come back to reality. "Fuck it." I said and drank the water but put the pill inside the cabinet above my bed. "Cassidy said I should make sure you take it." He added. "I didn't take it and I'm not going to." I said sitting down and opening the book.

I opened to the middle and I smiled brightly. My lighter and a box of cigars was there. I took a cigarette out the box and lighted it. I inhaled then exhaled. "Oh god yes." I sighed with pleasure. Smoking after so long felt so amazing. "Smoking in rehab. Hard core." Nathan smirked.

I smiled and threw him a cigar and my lighter. He lit it and gave me my lighter. "I'm so staying another month." He said letting out a puff of smoke. I chuckled and continued.

Rehab isn't going to change shit about me.
