Monster Mafia

A short, red haired woman opens the door with a smile. "Dean and Y/N, I'm Charlie nice to finally meet you. She says. We say hi and introduce ourselves further. Charlie does the same so we get a better idea of who she is. Charlie tells us how she met Sam and how they were roommates but, platonic. Charlie shows us Sam's room and tells us Sam was letting us stay there. Sam was going to sleep on the couch. He had a very large couch I noticed. Dean and I put our bags in the room. Dean and I decide to take a nap so he lays down and  I lay my head on Dean's chest.  I'm glad that we had finally got Sam back.

After our nap we get up and come out to the living room to find Sam standing there. Sam didn't look much different his hair was longer than last time we saw him. Sam and Dean see each other and share one of their passionate brother hugs. They hold each other for a few minutes because they missed each other so much. After their hug Sam came in and gave me a huge hug me being smaller my face goes into his chest. He tells me how much he missed me too. We were all best friends once this was nice seeing each other. Sam offers to take us to dinner to explain everything. Charlie, Sam, Dean and I head off to a local bar to eat. When we got there was a scrawny little guy in a big booth waiting for us.

Sam introduces  Dean and I to the scrawny guy as Garth. Dean and I say hello and sit down with everyone. We order some food and everyone gets beers accept me, of course. I order my usual coke. Sam once we settled with our drinks starts telling us about why we are here. He tells us that in Chicago it is broken into 5 factions. Each faction is run by different types of monsters. The factions being Shapeshifters, werewolves, ghouls, vampires, and djinn. He had learned of this thru his time in Chicago. They had been very peaceful for the most part until now.

They was war between the factions and humans were getting killed too. He also explains in his time in Chicago he has researched the two families. He found out their grandfather was a men of letters and was murdered in 1957. He also found coordinates and a key to a secret bunker ran by the men of letters. This was something he wanted to find after we figured out the Chicago war. He also found out that their mother's side were the Campbell's and how they were a long line of hunters. This was the kind of things he researched while in school. He explained how he met Charlie and Garth as well.

I was amazed at how much he learned in three years. I mention if he could found out all of that on his family, maybe, he could find out what happened to my dad. He tells me that will be his next research project in the future until then we need to look into the war and how to get them to a peace agreement. We finish the meal at the bar and head back to Sam's. Charlie and I start to research on our computers. While the boys went to ask victims of these attacks questions. They needed to get an idea of where to start. I pray for Castiel to come and maybe help us. Before I know it I hear wings flutter into the apartment. "Hello, Y/N..long time no see.." Cass says. "Hey Cass, I know we haven't ask for your help in like three years, but this seems like a special case." I say. I go on to tell him about how Dean and I were a bit angry about not telling us about Sam. But we understand if Sam asked you to not tell. Dean and I tried not to bother him since he had a war against Raphael. It seems though Gabriel came and defeated Raphael. Heaven had been peaceful for the first time in an age.

I tell him about the monster mafia as it were having a war against each other. Charlie explains the attacks and how the humans are getting caught in the crosshairs. He is happy to help Dean and I. We send Cass to find out in his invisible state to find out whats going on with the monster houses.

It's nightfall and the boys return from asking the vics questions.  I see Dean and I get a huge smile on my face.  "I missed you honey." I tell him.  He smiles at me and shakes his head.  "I was only gone a few hours.." I smile and say, "I know I haven't been away from you in a long time."  Sam and Garth go on to say the vics seemed to get tossed around a lot of the time.  One vic described a fight between two men one had fangs and the other was covered in tattoos.  The tattooed man stopped the man with fangs from hurting the vic.  But then the tattoo man tried to hold on the vic.  Fortunately for the vic they ran away before they got eaten either way. 

The research we find reports of groups of people gathering in park areas and having mini battles.  The police seemed to be looking the other way at these fights happening everywhere around the city.  We think that the monster mafias paid the police off to look the other way.  What we needed to find besides these battles we need to know why.  "Hey guys should we I don't know kidnap monsters from here to get answers.  I got Cass to look around perhaps he could help." I tell everyone.  " I think that's pretty good place to go from here." Dean says.  Sam, Charlie and Garth were slow to approval, but agreed to the idea in the end.
