Both children had given their exams and waiting for the results eagerly with both nervousness and excitement with different dreams.
Danny's main motto was to go to abroad for higher education and after coming back to India to manage his family business whereas Siya's dream was to become an editor and writer, she loved writing articles and draw sketches. She wanted to travel all over the world for her new articles and sketches.
Finally the day came and Danny was nervous about the results. Pravin asked him "what's the matter Danny beta? You're looking worried."
He said "nothing papa it's fine"
"Please tell it me atleast don't tell it your maa"
"Actually papa I am afraid of my class 12th board results"
"Don't worry beta. Everything will be fine. Just believe yourself" and Shikha called both of them "Danny and Pravin where are you both? Come down for breakfast."
"Siya today your results are about to be out" Betty said while serving her breakfast. She replied "yes auntie, I'm afraid today" then Eric said "Don't worry dear everything will be fine. Just trust Christ" .
After finishing the breakfast, when she was about to leave for school , Betty said "Siya don't forget to pray to God" but she left without response in hurry.
Danny was sitting in front of Mata Rani statue since long time. He was very nervous and had decided unless the results will not be out ,he will stay there only.
Shikha saw him sitting like stupid and said "Danny beta what's the matter?"
"Nothing maa, you go" and she went away.
After 2 hours, suddenly board exam results were out and Danny started praying "hey Mata Rani ,please please save my results", then by chanting her name he opened his results. He started betting "pass or fail", "pass or fail"....."Danny beta come on.... come on.." then he opened his eyes. To his surprise he saw that he had scored 97.25% . He jumped and thanked Mata Rani and started screaming with joy "maa...... papa.... where are you both?"
"Yes yes Danny beta what happened?"Shikha came and asked him. He jumped excitedly and said "maa papa I have scored 97% see my results"
"Oh my God I am proud of you beta, shabash " Pravin patted his head.
"Papa what about my further studies abroad" he added then Pravin said "surprise..."
Danny was shocked, it was a letter of admission from the US University and his eyes shone "means Papa..."
Pravin interrupted "just start packing your stuff beta" and they both hugged each other.
Siya reached school little late and she met Kathy ,one of her classmates "hi Kathy how are you?"
"I am fine Siya and did you checked out your results?"
"No actually I am going to check it out" and she went to the school notice board. She prayed while walking "oh mother Mary ,I wish that my results should be fine" and after reaching her destination she started checking her name and roll no. She was shocked to find that due had scored A+ . Siya then thanked almighty and called her father who was in the cafe talking to his new client.
He picked up her call "Hello Siya"
"Hello dad"
"My dear is everything fine?"
"Yes dad actually my results are out today "
"So how much you have scored?"
"I have scored A+ dad "
"Good , I will talk to you later"
"Bye dad"; she cut the phone and went back home.
