Chapter 2-An unforgettable love song

It has been a month since Leo came to my island. My rule about not getting attached to Leo has completely gone out the window. He is sweet, funny, kind, a gentleman and he lives in a workshop back in his world. He set up a very romantic scenery last night and gave me a lovely dinner. The bad thing is that he told me he had fixed his boat and is going to leave today. I can't believe it. I'm sat on my bed crying. I really thought we had something. But it turns out that he is just like everyone else. The makes me think we have something then they leave and never ever come back. "Cali!" Leo calls me. Cali is my new nickname he gave me. "Yeah?" I ask trying not to show that I'm crying because maybe he won't notice that I am.
"Come outside" "Why?" I ask again. "Would you just... Come please" so I do go outside after drying my eyes.
"I've prepared a song for you. Can you sing it for me? I've made a guitar to acompany it." He says. "That's so sweet. No one has ever done anything like this for me. I'm going to really really miss you Leo Valdez supersized mcshizzle." I say to him. "You remember that?" He seems so surprised that I remember. We haven't called him that since he came, 1 month ago. "Of course I do because its how we met and I never want to ever forget that moment." I answer him. "You're amazing, Calypso. I'll never forget you. And I'll miss you to."
We sing the song he prepared for me. It is amazing. He has to go now. I'm crying my heart out. He was the best person that ever set foot on this island. "This is my boat. Do you want to look around it?" Leo asks me. "Of course I will" He helps me up and shows me the week,the decks and the captains office. "I'm so sorry but I have to go now Cali." Leo suddenly says. At this point I had stopped crying. As he said the words I have to go a tear rolled down my cheek. I felt as if someone had ripped out my heart and chucked it into lava where I could never get it back. "Please just stay for another week. That's all. I can't let you go not yet!" I plead. My face as wet as the sea now. "That's all I want Cali. But my friends will be worried so much now. They will be looking for me. I'm sorry" he apologizes. I step off the boat and hug him goodbye. I never want to let him go. But if I don't I will be imprisoning him against his will. And I could never live with myself if I did that.
He climbs on the sail and shouts, "I'll come back for you Calypso, I swear it on the river Styx!" I can't, I won't believe it. Swearong on the river Styx is the most important promises in the world. "I'll be waiting Leo!" I reply.
