It was the night of the full moon. Derek wasn't at school and it worried us. We texted Peter that morning and he confirmed that Derek should be in school soon. He didn't show up.
After school i took Aurora, and her werewolf senses, on a walk to get Derek's scent.
It wasn't dark yet but it was close. I sighed as we walked through a muddy trail. "Are we close?" I asked. "Nope" she popped the p and we kept walking. Why was it so hard to find a werewolf on a full moon? Was he in danger? No if he was then Aurora would be able to smell it.
I was getting worried about my sourwolf but i knew i had to be patient. I mean its Aurora and she takes awhile while catching a scent.
She soon led us to a club and we looked at each other. We walked inside and saw men on each other and woman on each other. "I think we're in a gay club" Aurora stated. "Girl, nothing gets past those keen werewolf sense, huh, Aurora?" i asked in a sarcastic tone.
"Is he even here?" i asked. "No i just wanted to see what it was" she shrugged. She then dragged me out towards a different directions.
She led us back into the woods and it was realky dark. I could bearly see so i set a stick on fire with my magic and walked around with it.
"Put it out" Aurora hissed at me. "Why?" I asked, a little taken aback. "It'll scare him away. Werewolves hate fire" she rolled her eyes and put it out.
As soon i put it out i fell in a fucking hole. Aurora burst into laughter but i was NOT pleased. I backed up so i could jump but then i stepped on something. I turned to see what it was and i almost screamed. I climbed my way out.
It was a dead body with a massive, bloody bite mark on the arm. It was fresh.
"Theres a body in there" i stated as i held my hand against my mouth. "A dead body?" She asked as she raised an eyebrow. "No, a body of water, yes dumbass a dead body!" I almost yelled and backed up a little.
We kept on walking after that...traumatic..experince.
Aurora said we were close because the scent was getting stronger. I sighed in relief and we walked for a little longer until we ran into Lexi. We told her everything.
"I think hes turning rn. I don't think he was fully turned when he bit that person" Aurora stated and i agreed. "Turning? Into?" Lexi asked. "A unicorn. What do you think, dumbass?" I asked in pure disbelief.
