"You said you had Sapnap's stuff, right?"
Sam nodded and slung the bag he had off his shoulder, "It was in the other cart."
"Get the blaze rods out," George nodded his head as he set his mind on one goal, "We're getting Redne home today."
Bad stepped forward, "Is that a good idea? We are all exhausted and hurt. I don't think we should be heading on a dangerous expedition."
Fundy nodded, "Not only that, but we are missing some items. We don't have the ender pearls on us and we don't have Redne."
"Even if we did have those, we don't know how to make Eyes of Ender," Ranboo cut in.
"I do," George tied the pendant around his neck, "He showed me how to make it. And as for the ender pearls," he cupped his hands and focused on the magic of the Creative Block. A rush of power flooded his veins as his eyes flashed a green hue. A moment later, twelve ender pearls piled in his hands, "This should be enough."
Sapnap looked unnerved, "Hold on-"
George turned to Sam and held out his hand, "The blaze rods?" Sam handed over the nine rods.
Sapnap stepped toward George, but he was already walking towards Fundy, "George wait-"
The fox-kin held the ender pearls that George handed him. When George motioned for him to follow, they approached Ranboo and Tubbo, "Tubbo, hold out your hands."
Tubbo did so without question. George held the blaze rods over the makeshift bowl. In a flash of green light, the blaze rods disintegrated into golden powder. Hardened, brown eyes glanced at Ranboo who was slowly removing his blindfold.
"Take one of the pearls and dust it with the blaze powder. That should turn it into an Eye of Ender."
"George," Sapnap grabbed his friend by the shoulders and whirled him around. His concerned grey eyes bore into George's unfazed gaze, "We were just captured, beaten, we watched Dream get killed, were barely escaped, and we just watched you try to revive Dream. Can't you slow down for just a second and breathe? It's okay to take your time."
George's gaze turned dark, "I've spent twenty-five years taking my time. Dream died before we could finish what I asked him to help with. I want this done now. I want to finish our promise"
"I know, but you still need to process everything. Give yourself a moment to recover."
"If I give myself time to think, I'll only be able to think of one thing," George could feel his heart crack as memories of Dream's death flickered in his mind, "If I go down that spiral, I don't know how long I'll stay there."
Sapnap studied him for a long time. He sighed when he saw how much George needed this, "Alright," he let his hands slip from George's shoulders as he relented, "Alright. But the rest of us are still hurt."
George glanced over his friends. True, Sapnap was still busted and bruised, Bad was swaying on his feet with an unfocused expression, Ranboo was cut to ribbons with one sliced over his red eye, and Tubbo was burnt to a crisp. All of that's not mentioning the fact that they were all on tiring missions to either the Nether or the capital.
George laid a hand on Sapnap's shoulder and focused on the Creative Block. It hummed to life as its magic flowed through him and into Sapnap. A green light encompassed the two as Sapnap's wounds healed in mere seconds.
Once he was healed, George moved over to the rest of his friends. Tubbo's blackened burns faded into faint scars over pale skin, Ranboo's cuts sealed into nothingness until he was able to open his eye, and Bad's puncture wounds stitched together in mere seconds. By the time everyone was healed, George could feel the exertion of the Creative block.
