Shadow's Crying Episode

Sonic was hanging out with shadow at his place, watching tv. But shadow was strangely silent, looking down. Sonic did pet him a little bit but he didn't react.

Sonic: hey, you ok? You're silent
Shadow: yeah just got a lot on the mind.
Sonic: wanna talk about it?
Shadow: not rn

Shad was just clenched fists close to his chest, eyes tightly shut. He was sniffing a bit, curled up. Sonic knew he wasn't alright. Eventually shadow started crying. He remembers a nightmare he had way before he and sonic met.

It was all black and white, it was the ark again. A ghost of Maria going for the escape pod launch button while calling out to shadow.

Sonic held shadow close to him. He petted and comforted his troubled lover. He knew that Shad was afraid of losing him.

Sonic: don't worry, you'll never lose me. I'll always be here, always by ur side.

After a while shadow calmed down and watches tv with sonic.
