Waking up next to her was pure Bliss, sunlight bathed her beautifully skin and her hair was glowing

She was lying naked,all perfect in my bed
now I understood how poets and artists feel when they find their muse

Moving closer to hold her,I found her body extremely hot

She couldn't finish her sentence before she stood up and rushed to the bathroom,I jumped up following her

"Am calling the doctor Victoria, you're sick and it's all my fault

She tried speaking when another wave of nausea hit her

I rubbed her back the way my mum did to Alexa whenever she threw up,we where at the bathroom for some time,I helped her brush her teeth and take a pee before helping her back to the bed

She was cold and hot at the same time and I knew I had to call my doctor despite her refusal

She was at the house quickly and requested I excuse them,I was beyond anxious while waiting outside the hallway because the last time this happened,it was my father and I lost him for a lifetime,I couldn't loose her
I just got her,it might just be a fever or the new environment

"Mr Smit you can come in,,the doctor called

Victoria was looking away from me when I stepped into the room,she looked pale and probably crying

My heart slammed against my chest

"What is wrong with her doctor

"Ooh it's nothing,it's just the early symptoms of pregnancy, she'll be fine

"Of pregnancy,Mr Smit.....come by the clinic later for proper check up and please keep her hydrated,have a nice day she said leaving the room

"Am sorry Alex.... Victoria said finally looking at me,she was crying

"For what,it's a baby and am happy...I was just surprised...i explained climbing beside her

"You ain't angry because it's too quick, we've been barely married,am not even ready for this,,she cried out

"It was  bound to happen and it's never too early for a blessing,I'll be here all through out the way, please don't cry

I was excited,I was going to be a father,I couldn't show it now because my wife was emotional about it but we'll have time to celebrate later

We stayed in bed all through the day,I made meals for us which we ate in bed and talked about virtually everything

I suggested to go for a night drive to cheer her up and I was happy she agreed to go,we took my latest Bmw and drove into the city

everywhere was bubbly at night and it sure can lighten up anybody's mood,she was all smiles,she looked prettier with her hair down

We got ice cream,which she ate and sang along to a Cardi B song she ordered me to put on

Driving through the lonely road back home,with the music blaring loud
I knew this was want I wanted,a life filled with her laughter

"Are you really happy about the baby,she suddenly asked as I drove into our driveway

I knew she had been thinking a lot through out the day

"Princess...I know we started of on the wrong foot and everything was rushed but my feelings for you have been sure since I knew you,it's you carrying my child,the woman I love
