What a sad little city, headin' to it's downfall quicker than water in a waterfall. The streets littered and the cars are toxic with their sticky thick fumes that splutter oil and smoke. Unfortunate times this place has fallen under, and it dragged good people down with it. The higher power is greedy and merciless, there's never a good person in the throne and all they ever want is the goods, money, respect and fear. There's no human alive that can't feed off fear, there are those that use it, abuse it or refuse it and most that refuse end up dead so it's best for the smaller kind to use it at the worst of times. That's just how it is in this city, nothing but lies and gangs.
A small gambling bar it used to be, but now it's bright lights attract people like moths to a flame. A strange name for a good time casino but Las Nevadas was now the most popular spot to meet with friends and watch the shows on the glorious and large stage. It was open for less than a month when mobsters saw this bright light in their dark city, it was the perfect place for exchanges, deals and chats but it was also a battle ground for territory. The owner was a hassle himself and self-nicknamed Quackity, rumour has it, his fiancé was part of a big-time gang.
To be big time wasn't an exaggeration! Gangs were common and dangerous but the big ones were the ones to watch out for. There's the Red empire, known for it's corrupting traits and believed to be a cult, led by a man nicknamed Bad. The Syndicate, pure haters of government, TechnoBlade and Phil. Za are rumoured to have been behind the murder of several corrupt government employees found with their skulls on spikes in front of the American white house. Manburg, it consists of only one "member" who does all the dealings and trade. He called himself Schlatt, a mostly drunk man with a temper and attitude that somehow won deals. He knew every deal when and where ever it happened. The biggest and worst crew of all was the Dream crew, Sapnap and George were cold yes but their boss was a terror... Dream. He appeared in the city one day and knocked down 3 gangs in one night, people called him a nightmare and others a dream for each neighbourhood gang he killed, an entire building was safe and relaxed from harm. He was considered a saviour and a criminal, he owns a large portion of the city and no gang dares to cross him.
The golden arches of Las Nevadas where even brighter at night with lights from the pavement lighting up the front door, the speakers loud with jazzy music through the busy streets packed to come inside. Two bodyguards stand at the door stopping anyone from the line not on the list from entering. A red rope going down half the street to enter was packed. Tonight was busy, but not even close to how busy it would get in an hours' time when Kory will enter the stage.
The Dream crew's hideout was a penthouse in a skyscraper settled nearly in the centre of the city. The Dream crew were still criminals, stealing priceless and important pieces, documents for bribery and blackmail, they made quite the living. A beige coloured map of the city lay on a desk in a room with lights out and a singular reading light on sitting next to it. Red circles and x's are drawn on the map's buildings. Sat at the desk was a man in a rolled up long sleeved, white collared shirt and black vest with black pants. His hair, a mess but neat and long, a small golden brown fringe hangs just far enough to slightly cover eyebrows and leaves enough room to see the Lime green irises stare down at the paper in front of him tiredly. He groans as large rouge hand covers his eyes and slides down to his mouth in exhaustion, the hand holding a red pen still over the paper.
A knock on the door doesn't distract his eyes from leaving the paper as he yells, "COME IN"!
Sapnap, a tall 5 foot 8 man with wild black hair and dark brown eyes came walking into the study, hands in pockets after opening the door. A white headband with fire symbol sits on his forehead.
Sapnap: Dude, your kidding me right? You gotta get out more or else you'll lose street cred... and your mind
Dream chuckles and looks up to Sapnap now a few feet in front of him.
Dream: I told you that I needed a couple weeks to sort out the next take down. Police keep changing their reactant times and gangs are hiding in their holes with their asses on good people. Gotta get it right Sap
Sapnap taps the desk then leans with one hand on it: Can't get it right on an empty stomach, new act at Las Nevadas tonight, Quackity says he's got a real star in his hands.
Dream crosses his arms on the desk and leans over: Nick, you know you don't have to ask me to go and see Quackity and KJ. You guys are engaged
Sapnap: Yeah but you know how tough it is for Alex, he's got enough trouble trying to keep the rats out and wherever we go gangs try and take us out for five minutes of fame. I can't go alone without backup, not that I need it but more I can't watch 2 fiancés from getting killed when I'm just one dude.
Dream looks down at the map and sees the red circle on the building named LN (Las Nevadas). Dream sighs and looks up to Sapnap with a smile: George coming?
Sapnap: nah, he's sleeping
Dream: of course.
