Lovely Day

It's been a week since you've met Bill. You've had to lie about him, telling your siblings you've never seen that guy in your life. Telling Ford that you've never seen an illuminacho before.

It wasn't hard to lie, though. But you were still worried about any of them discovering that you've been lying.

It doesn't matter right now, today is a lovely day. And you hoped nothing wouldn't change that.

As you took a stroll through the forest, like you often would, you saw something yellow in the corner of your vision. That was strange. You stopped walking and turned to face it, except it was gone now. You looked around to see everything was in black and white.

You sighed and shook your head, your hands on your hips. "Come out, Bill. I know you're there, you can't fool me." You saw as Bill immediately appeared in front of you, arms crossed, "You're no fun."

You rolled your eyes, "Well, to be honest, I don't recall saying I was the Ruler of Fun."

"Doesn't mean you have to be so boring."

"Aww, you poor baby."

Bill Cipher's expression flickered with anger, but he didn't say anything. Instead, he changed the subject, "Y'know, kid, I'm surprised you made it this far." You tilted your head, "What's that supposed to mean?"

"You've managed to lie for a week now, I think that's impressive considering you lied to both Pinetree's and Sixer's face. They're not easy to lie to." You thought about that for a moment and shrugged, "It's not hard, even though they're both nerds." Bill chuckled a little, "Maybe so." You fell silent for a moment before clearing your throat, "So anyways, you mind explaining what kind of dirt you've got on you?"

He immediately fell silent and paused for a moment, "What do you mean by that?" You crossed your arms, "I'm sure you know what I mean. What's with the whole taking over the world thing that I keep hearing about you?" He paused for a moment again, "Well-" He paused once again.

Surely by telling the truth, he wouldn't lose his pawn.. Right?

"You see- I once almost took over the world and caused some bad things to happen. It's nothing, really-" He immediately fell silent as he saw a cold expression on your face.

"You took over the world, caused chaos and you didn't invite me!?" You whined.

Your complaint snatched a chuckle out of him, "Man, you really are strange."

But that was perfect.

"Meh, I get that a lot." You said as you shrugged.

"Golly gee, I wonder why." He responded sarcastically. "Well anyways, it was nice seeing ya, but I gotta go. Until next time, Flower!" And with that, he disappeared. Colors returned back to the area you were in.
