"Speaking" 'Thinking'

More symptoms have appeared, simple changes within her body that would go unnoticed to others. Her skin grew slightly paler. Though she wasn't allowed outside too much anymore. Because she'd always talk about how she was going to die, her mother grew worried of bringing her around others. Even leaving the house and simply going out in the backyard was difficult. So when she grew paler, her mother simply thought it was because of that. She'd even started allowing her out more.

Y/n loved it outside. Nature was far too beautiful to ever hate. So when the paleness appeared, she couldn't help but be thankful for it. The time came, an appointment at the big hospital. She had to do it now. When Mama leaves the room for just moment, she has to tell the doctor's no matter what.

-

Y/n was happy as she was driven to the hospital. Never being allowed outside was quite lonely, especially not being able to play with others. But soon that would change, soon she'd meet her very best friend. That was something to look forward to. It was something she was having a hard time waiting for.

As the two were greeted into the hospital. Her mother eagerly awaited for their turn. When it came along, her mother realized that she had to use the bathroom, and decided that it would be alright to leave Y/n with the doctor. It was her chance, finally should could speak to them.

Something felt slightly strange though, the man in front of her wasn't the one from her original future. She must have done something different to change things. The man had a knowing look on his face.

"You..., received my results from Takashi-san didn't you..." Y/n asked the man with a knowing gaze. The man all but shrunk in on himself at the girl's intelligence. Like she knew everything that was happening.

"I already told him. There isn't anything that can be done. I'm going to die..." Y/n assured the man. There truly wasn't anything that anyone could do. She has to die, she's the reason that a lot of different events occurred in the future after her death. More diseases were discovered, people could get health far easier all because of her strange illness. If she doesn't die, than none of that will happen..., and she'll never get to meet Todoroki-san...

"Why are you so sure you're going to die?" The doctor asked. Y/n looked up at the man. Her dull eyes held a hint of surprise. "You seem to know something that others don't, but you have no wish to share what that is." The doctor told her. Y/n huffed and shook her head.

"I know what I'm going through. I know that you won't find anything no matter how many tests are done. I know exactly how and when I'm going to die. But I can't share anything with anyone. Because if I do..." Y/n stopped talking as the man held a suspicious look over her shoulder. Y/n quickly turned her head to see her mother who'd snuck into the room as she heard her daughter speak.

"...Mama... You shouldn't be here..." She told her mother. The woman's eyes held a distrust within them. Like she'd been lied to. Her daughter knew everything, all along, she knew exactly what was happening to her, but she won't tell anyone. As if she wished to die. As if she knew and was already waiting for her death to take place.

"Y/n, just tell us what's happening to you. We can help you..." Her mother pleaded. No matter how disappointed her mother may be. She can't share what should only be revealed within a journal after her death.

"Mama..., when I die. Something will happen within the world. I'm a place holder. If I share what's happening to me and I don't die. The world won't discover many things. The life that I've lived will all be for nothing... I have to die, and it has to be from this. So-

Y/n turned her attention back towards the doctor. "Where is Doctor Hato?" Y/n questioned the man. He was the one that was supposed to be questioning her, he was the one that was supposed to end her miserable mother's worries. That nothing was wrong with her, that everything was because she had gone crazy.

"Why do you want to see him... How do you even know who that is?" The doctor questioned. She'd never seen the man before, there was no way that she simply read up on him, he was an unknown doctor that held a grudge against children, especially quirkless children. The fact that she knew his name, meant that something truly was going on.

"Where is Doctor Hato, I want to see him. You are not my doctor." Y/n told the man. She held a dull expression as she spoke the words. It was truly a chilling feeling. A feeling the doctor hadn't ever felt from a child before. Like she knew everything within the world.

The man huffed and notified the man. The doctor held an annoyed expression as soon as he'd entered the room. "I've received your results Y/n. There's nothing wrong with you. I'm thinking that it would be best to do some psychological testing." Y/n smiled at the man and nodded. Her mother sat in silence as she watched her daughter's knowing gaze. The doctor had to be up to something. Something that Y/n already knew about. Nothing made sense anymore. She'd simply have to trust in her daughter.
