so...turns out our ship has sunk

          ZACHARY IS A TSUNDERE, I REPEAT,

          ZACHARY IS A FLIPPIN TSUNDERE!!

 turns out, our ship has flipped, our dear brenda harbors no feelings whatsoever towards melia anymore but on the PLUS SIDE, zach is still a man in love. at this point, everyone who pays attention to anything knows that zachary has crushed on melia since 2nd grade (or that's what i heard, anyway;)) 

  so a few weeks back my dear friend mandy dared melia to "tell zach you like him and then go to brennan and confess in front of him"

surprisingly, melia did it (YOUR A TRUE SLAY QUEEN MELIA)    LET ME ILLUSTRATE THIS BEAUTIFUL SCENE, OK?!L

     melia, amiee, meeting brennan at the school libary—-

   "  BRENDA" says amiee, her voice carrying all the way back to her disappointed flute teacher in san dimas. Brennan responds with the most beautiful response of all responses- "WHAT, IDIOT?!?" (im sure brennan's trumpet teacher would be equally proud of this as well.) "melia has something to say to you~" there was an awkward silence and i rolled my eyes, pissed and desperate for drama. "MELIA IS IN LOVE WITH YOU" (i might have overdone it)  "oh shi-" says brennan—

OK LET ME PAUSE IT RIGHT HERE

FIRST OF ALL, i know this was just a dare but IMAGINE IF MELIA ACTUALLY LIKED BRENNAN AND CONFESSED LIKE BRUH WOULDN'T THAT HAVE HURT MELIAS FEELINGS?!? like, what if you told someone that you liked them and all they said was "oh, shit" like they don't even give a damn and couldn't care less, AND DEF NOT IN A OK WAY- SOUNDING LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY LIKED YOU COULD BE KNE OF THE WORST THINGS THAT HAPPENED TO THEM AND THAT THE THOUGHT OF IT WAS BAD LIKE FUCKING HELL. also im kidding it's fine

 〖anyways sorry for that interruption back to the story~〗

me, not realizing how rude brenda's remark was at the time, started howling with laughter. After a while of these shinnanahons, me and melia left, not being able to drag much of a reaction out of brennan. We exited the library and went back to the playground (except we couldn't call it much of a playground, more of a flat amount of blacktop with some equipment on the side mandy you know what i mean)  where a fair amount of daily chaos took place. Zachary was found playing a game of handball when me and melia dragged him onto the sidelines. I, again, a girl being desperate for drama, spilled the beans. "MELIA HAS A CRUSH ON YOU!!U!" As we both expected, zachary started sprinting off immediately, not being able to take it in at the moment, but melia started shouting halfway that it was a prank, except zachary backtracked halfway and cutted her off, saying, I know, it was a prank. I had to shield my eyes from the cringe, CUZ THERE MIGHT AS WELL HAVE BEEN CHERRY BLOSSOMS DRIFTING AROUND THEM WHEN HE SAID THOSE WORDS HSBTYJQI 

You know those movies/anime/webtoon where there's a love triangle and in the end the girl ends up choosing this other boy and goes under a flower tree/other romantic place and tells the rejected guy that she's gonna dump him but the dumped guy cuts her off halfway and speaks in this sad, losery tone, i know, and it's ok/go and enjoy your happy life with the other handsome guy OR WHATEVER OTHER CRINGY SHIT HE HAS TO SAY  well that was literally how that zachary and melias exchange went. bruh it came straight from a movie I SWEAR.  the whole thing had me laughing my ass off inside but fortunately i held it in. That was the end of that but obviously it had put zach in a more heartbroken position than before and ZACHARY LENABURG FOR WHAT YOUVE BEEN THROUGH I AM TRULY SORRY, BUT THANKS SO MUCH FOR PROVIDING ME WITH EXCELLENT ENTERTAINMENT!!
