Chapter 23

Third Person's POV

Both of them are on their way to Becky's management office for a meeting. Freen is now driving her sports car with Becky sitting on the passenger seat. Freen tried to hold Becky's hand but the latter refused because she's been annoyed the whole flight. Becky's been touchy that day but Freen acted so shy to her staff pilot and flight attendants that she refuses Becky's touch.

Freen: "My love, why? We're having a private time here in my car now. We can hold hands."

Becky: "What? So I'm a secret lover of yours now? Hmm last time I check you were clingy to me when we were in UK. Why all of a sudden it changed when we're in Thailand?

Freen: "I think you misunderstood me. I have a very famous girlfriend that anyone can recognize and I'm just a no one. What would everybody will say if they found out that a famous actress is dating someone and most likely a woman. We weren't publicly legal at this point honey."

Becky: "First, you are not just a no one. Second, I am allowed to date anyone I like. Lastly, I don't care if someone that knows me sees me dating. I am proud to be your girlfriend, don't underestimate yourself. Didn't you read my fan's comment when our commercial was released? They said we look good together. Honey you're a CEO of FS Beauty and so I am your artist, I should be the one who's worried because they might think that I seduced you for having a big project like that."

Freen: "No. Don't worry about that, don't be little about yourself too honey. Look I'm sorry I just don't know how to be sweet and clingy in public."

They arrived at the building without properly closing their conversation.

Becky's POV

So she's unintentionally saying that we should hide our relationship to he public?

"Bear bear!" I heard P'Irin called me.

"My care bear! I missed you! It's good to be home again." I hugged her tight. I can see P'Freen changed her expression a bit. P'Freen doesn't say much but her expression can read easily. Is she jealous?

"Oh so this is Ms. Sarocha? Hello, nice to finally meet you. I've heard a lot about you from this cute girl over here. I'm Urassaya Malaiwong, but you can call me Irin. I'm the CEO of Becky's management." That's the first time P'Irin called me cute. She must've have feel the tension on P'freen's stares.

"Right that's me and based on your CLOSENESS I'm guessing that Becky already told you that we're IN A RELATIONSHIP. You can call me Freen" P'Irin and I tried not to smile because P'Freen literally announced to my CEO our real deal. And I can see that she's really jealous. Maybe I should make her jealous to trigger her boldness about our relationship.

"No worries Khun Freen, I know about everything like since you've first met her and how she overly adores you. Anyway, I'm sure you're busy as well so let's start our meeting." Argh! Why did you have to tell that to her P'Irin? I just rolled my eyes and went to my seat.

"Okay I just need you to sign the contract. You've read my email right Khun Freen, it's just the summary of our contract. I'll give you some time to read the contract itself while I give an update to Nong Bear here." P'Irin continued.

Becky's POV

P'Irin changes to CEO mode. And started to discuss about my upcoming hectic schedule.

"Becky, vacation is over. We really need to start filming the movie. I hope you'd be extra careful from now on. A month without you makes your schedule tight, we can't hardly fit it in a week or so. There's a lot of directors who wants you to be their actress. This time I need you to focus on your career because your on your peak to this industry. We need to take advantage of it. I agreed to your request because it's the only way to give you some time with your love life but I want you to be professional on this. Do you understand?" Her CEO mode is really on. I can't joke around to that.

She's my bestfriend but when it comes to work she's very serious. She wants to fulfill our promise to each other that she's going to make me famous to this country and I am going to follow every schedule that she appoints me.

"Yes boss, I will do my best and promise that I will be extra careful from now on. One question, can we release to the press that I'm on a private relationship with someone? Just a precaution for the upcoming movie, so that no one will flirt with me or ask me to give them a chance." I asked P'Irin. I heard something fell beside me. P'Freen dropped everything that she's holding and looked at me. I just shrugged it.

"I'm sorry, for now let's keep it a secret. But if the press found out and have evidence I wouldn't hesitate to reveal it. It's just I don't want you and your partner in the movie to have a big gap before you start to shoot. You know what I'm saying right? You've worked with other men you should know this." P'Irin said with apologetic eyes on her.

"Yes I understand, he'll be awkward and will keep a distance. We may not portray our characters properly. I'm sorry P'Freen." I put my hand on her lap.

"No need to apologize, it's your job. Being an actress has been a part of you even we haven't met yet. Do you mind telling me about this movie?" P'Freen said.

"Khun Freen, to tell you in advance and to prepare yourself. Becky will have lots of heavy scenes it's a rated 18+ movie so there will be lots of bed scenes and kissing scenes. It suppose to be a lesbian movie but you refused the offer so the director must've change everything." Now P'Freen is frowning. I won't let her regret her decision.

"P'Freen, don't worry we know the director. He won't really force us to do it for real. I bet he'll just film in an angle that looks like we were doing it. Besides I will always go back to our home and sleep in the same bed with you." I looked at her being sincerely to convince her that it is just an acting.

"Ahem! Maybe you two can talk it out at home but for now let's finish this meeting so you guys can rest. Becky I need you to be here tomorrow morning to meet the director and other cast, also for script reading. Are you done reading the contract Khun Freen? Do we need to revise it or you're ready to sign it?" P'Irin said.

"I'm good with the terms and conditions. One quick question, how will you fit my project to her schedule?" P'Freen asked.

"Simply just advise us in advance if you are going to release a new product and we'll manage Becky's schedule. Don't worry she's used to it, this is nothing compare to the last couple of months she had. She had to film a movie, a web drama, and commercials at the same time. You have my email and here's my calling card, just let me know when are you going to release a product. Sorry it's the only least I can do for the both of you." P'Freen signed the contract.

She's been quiet in the whole trip to our new home. Maybe she's thinking about the rated scenes and must've regretting her refusal to the movie.

"P'Freen, honey, are you okay? Are you thinking about the movie? Talk to me babe." My hand is now crawling to hold her hand.

"Let's talk later. At home." Back to dead silence.
