Chapter 75

Freen's POV

A few days of not spending time with Becky because I have to go to work early and go home late. We haven't done it again after that night, she said she was sore down there so I didn't try to do it again to her but she said she enjoyed it a lot and maybe ask for it again once I'm done with this project.

I'm stuck now in my office, I had a lot to sign and finish everything before lunch time to check on the site of the big event. Though all cosmetics are ready I have to make sure that it suits all the contestants that we'll be sponsoring with. There are 50 contestants so my staff will all be busy on the day of the event which is tomorrow.

The door opened and there was my love who dressed up so sexy again. Why does she always dress up less and always showed her shoulders and abs.

"Babe, come have lunch with me please? I've been bored at our house." She said.

"Love, I can't. I need to finish all these documents. How about let our food deliver here? You eat here and maybe feed me while I work? I'm sorry babe. Tomorrow is the day so I'll be out of the office the whole day." I said.

"Also you've been ignoring me for work, it's been days since we last did it. You did me good and now that I'm craving for it you don't have time for it? Just for a quick one? And I thank P'Nam for the gift 'the thing' she gave that I enjoyed so much. I didn't she gave it for my birthday, yet you kept it hidden." She said desperately wanting to do her here.

"Honeeey, you know I love to do it again with you but not now. I promise after tomorrow we'll spend time together and do you until you can't walk." I said with a smirk.

"Fine, I'll order here and I don't want any other of your staff to bother our small time together. Better not to break your promise on that day." She pouted and took off her phone to order our food.

*D-day of the Event

I left home early to organize the cosmetics at the venue of the event, and I'll be there if there's going to be a problem with the products and staffs.

"Nong Freen, why are you so early? Everything is already set up. All staffs and products are ready for the contestants."

The event was successful. Nothing went wrong on our side. Some contestants from other countries really liked our products so they wanted to advertise it to their own country. I guess we'll produce our products globally soon.

The night came and Nong Heidi invited me and my team for the after party to celebrate the success of the program. She said that I can invite Becky at the party, so I called Becky and she said she'll just take a cab.

*At the Party

"I'm glad you came P'Freen. It's been an honor to work with you. You didn't disappoint us. Your products are really the no. 1 cosmetics in our country and maybe worldwide, soon?" Nong Heidi appeared out of nowhere with drinks on her hand.

"Yeah. Hopefully soon." I said smilingly.

"Here. Have some drink. We need to celebrate our success. For the new partnership?" She said.

"Partnership? Meaning to say your father agreed to be my partner in every event he'll organize?" I asked confusingly.

"Yep. My dad wanted to talk to you but he's busy than I am so he asked me to just announce it to you. So congratulations." She raised her wine glass as she waits for me to toss it with my glass.

"Really? Thank you so much. Please relay my gratitude to your father." I said as I toss her glass with mine.

"Sure. I will. So where's your girlfriend,  I mean fiancee?" She asked.

"She's on her way here. Actually I'm waiting for her." I said.

"Oh okay then I guess I'll see you later then." Heidi said then left.

Babe, I think I'll be late. Heavy traffic. Behave until I get there. I love you ❤️

Aww, my wifey is going to be late. I don't want to go inside without her. But I don't have a choice.

"Nong Freen. There you are, I've been looking for you." P'Nam approached me.

Good thing she's part of my team I can talk to her until Becky arrives. I'm having a bad feeling when she said behave. All the contestants are here maybe that's why or is it because of Heidi. I can see that she's looking at me like I'm her prey. She's been drinking too much with the company of the winner of the event.

I went to the buffet to have some snacks  and a little bit of a drink. I'll eat dinner later with Becky.

It's already getting late so I decided to text Becky where she at right now. Because it is already 3 hours and she's not yet here.

My love, where are you? I'm hungry and lonely. P'Nam flirts with all the contestants and I think she's going to sleep at the couch tonight after the party.

Few blocks more. Almost there babe.

I locked my phone and went outside the balcony to wait for Becky and to have some air since I've already drank few glasses of wine.

"Where's your partner P'Freen? I haven't seen her and you look so lonely." Heidi suddenly appeared again.

Seriously this girl is like a mushroom that appears anytime and anywhere. I can see she's already drank based on her walk, she's swaying and then she tripped because of her heels. Luckily she was already near me to catch her.

"Nong are you okay?" I asked.

"P'Freen, you saved me from falling. Thank you so much." She cupped my cheeks and our faces are so near with each other.

A blink later she kissed me as I tried to freed myself from her hold.

"P'Freen! What is this?! What are you doing?!" Becky shouted with her teary eyes.

"Becky, it's not what you think. Becky hear me out please." I said.

She ran out at the back of the building. People might see her crying so she took the exit at the back.

"Becky wait! Please." I said as I followed her until she stop under the street light.

"Let me explain. Please my love." I pleaded.

She's not saying anything but I can see tears flowing from her eyes. I know it's not the time to compliment my make up product but it didn't ruined when she cried. Anyway, I tried explaining what happened to what she saw.

"She tripped because she's drunk. I was just there to catch her but suddenly she cupped my cheeks and kiss me on the lips. I tried to freed myself but she's stronger until you saw us. Please Becky, I did behave like what you told me. Pleaasee believe me. Beckyy say something. It is scaring me." I am now also crying so hard that it hurts my head.

"Let's break up, P'Freen." She said.

"No no no. Beckyyy pleaaase. Don't leave me." I whispered as I cried.

It is the only thing that I heard from her until everything went black.
