Lizzie's pov:

Me and my best friend Scarlett went on a little vacation.. she wanted to do something for me since i'm turning 25 this month.. she insisted on going on a vacation so here we are... 

We went to Aruba. A small island located in the mid-south of the Caribbean Sea. It's really beautiful here! It's all warm and fuzzy. They have the most beautiful beaches. Arashi Beach, Baby Beach, Eagle Beach.. and more! And the sunsets too. Their so beautiful! Me and Scar came here for 2 month.. we arrived 2 days ago and we're all over the place.

Today We decided to go to Eagel Beach to see the sunset.. And let me tell you, man it was gorgeous! Scarlett and I were tired from yesterday's event. We went on a little hike.. in Arikok National Park. It was very fun. We visited some cool caves with a lot of history and more beaches..

after watching the sunset we went to our hotel. we're currently staying at Costa Linda. its very beautiful here. We found this page on Facebook called Happy Red Snapper.. they do different activities.. like rock climbing, laser tag.. and hiking.. so tomorrow me and Scar are going rock climbing... I'm nervous! I'm like scared shitless, but also exited.

~the next morning~

"Scar wake up. we have to leave in an hour.." I tell Scar as I try to get up from the couch. " I'm up I'm up.." she said with her morning voice. last night we decided to watch a movie before bed, but i guess we fell asleep on the couch.

they told us to wear something sporty.. so I'm gonna wear some black leggings, my black sport track jacket and my black sports shoes to go with the outfit.

"Scar you ready?" I asked going to the kitchen. "ready.. let's go." on the way there we bought some pastechi at Bright bakery.. it was delicious. we arrived 45 minutes later to the location. Aruba's a small island so you don't have to take a 2 hour drive to go somewhere.

there were a couple of people there when we arrived. "you ready?" I asked turning my head to meet Scarlett's "no but let's do this." she said smiling "hi!" said someone making both of us look in sync. "hi." Scarlett replied. "I'm y/n Wernet, nice to meet you two." she said with a warm smile. she's really pretty. "hi y/n. nice to meet you too. I like your name! I'm-" "Elizabeth... and Scarlett. i'm a big fan of you guys. and thank you. i like name you're name too!" she cut me off with a warm smile. which i returned "thank you." i can see that she's trying to contain her excitement. it's cute.

"are you guys scared of heights?" "no, i mean i'm not scared of heights.. but i do not like adrenaline rushes" i said giggling. making y/n laugh.  "Scarlett?" "no i'm not. at least i don't think i am." Scarlett says making all of us laugh. "come on let me show you guys around." she said walking backwards. "okay let's do this." I responded with a smile. thankfully there wasn't many people here.. or any paparazzi. i haven't spotted a single paparazzi since we got here. enjoy it while it lasts right.  she introduced us to a guy named Gavin whom is the one in charge and also y/n's dad apparently.

"okay, hi everyone! I'm Gavin for the ones that didn't know. I'm gonna explain real quick everything that you guys need to know." after some jokes and explanation we were ready to begin.

 "so are you guys ready to do some rock climbing?" asked y/n. "Yes! let's do this thi-" "omg we're gonna die." said Scarlett cutting me off.  "hahaha you guys are not gonna die! unless.." "unless what do you mean unless?" "I'm joking! so who's gonna go first"? y/n asks smirking. I look at Scarlett whom is already looking at me. "do you wanna go first or should I?" I ask. looking back at Scar "you. you go first." she said as fast as possible. making me and y/n laugh.

"you ready?" y/n asks putting her hand on my shoulder. "i.. yeah ready as I'll ever be." I said laughing nervously. "who am I kidding. I'm scared shitless." I say truthfully. making her giggle. "you don't have to be scared. me and my dad will guide you the hole way down. just believe in yourself. you can do it. I believe in you." she said looking me in the eye. smiling. i don't know why but just looking in here eyes made me calmer. I don't even know her.
