The Farty Knight

The greatest of knights that I knew

A mighty old dragon he slew

By way of a fart:

For he wasn't smart,

And farts he could never subdue.

He came back, all proud and hearty,

Thought the king should then throw him a party.

He promptly sat down,

Plucked off the king's crown,

And warned him that he would get "farty".

The king, he denied this "request",

Said returning his crown would be best!

Then pulled out his sword,

But soon he was floored

By the rank smell that came from his guest.
